I agree which makes no sense. We have THE premier training facility in the NFL and this crap keeps happening? Sean and company need to do an honest evaluation of the training staff and what methodologies they are implementing.

I get it. I get the angst, frustration, sadness, depression, anger and flat out rage at our season ending AGAIN in a Divisional playoff game. I have been a fan since Jim Kelly joined the team in 1986' so I get it. I was so pissed that Simon had to get in my ass for venting 110X or more in 24 hours, so I understand. This is our team, and we love them. We love them so much they raise us to heaven or send us straight to hell depending on the outcome of a game or a season. We cant not and will not quit. We have two new coordinators that we all pray will make some needed changes for this coming season that will get us over the hump. We hope Coach McDermott and Brandon Beane understand we must get Josh better weapons and we must shore up the deficiencies on the DL. Many draft picks, FA acquisitions just haven't panned out. We will also need at least 1 more safety and maybe a CB or two. But... Brandon Beane really has nailed some draft picks lately, last year especially. I hope he better understands how to evaluate and scout for what we need and from last years first two picks, I have to believe he has. McDermott hopefully will let go of the reigns a little and let the new coordinator's do their thing. Faith is a very hard thing to come by in the best of times, and really hard when we are Bills fans. But we must BILLieve that this coming year we turn the corner and finally get to the big show and win it.

The Clown said Jim threw it too soft. Its interesting fans forget we went to 5 out of 6 straight AFC Championships. Wouldn't KC have just tied that this last weekend? No matter what we need another legit WR to go with Diggs and Shakir. To your point, if we have 3 guys that the Defense has to at least respect, and all 3 have some speed, but the ability to create space and Catch the damn ball CONSISTANTLY, then we don't need a "#1" per say. Move all 3 around to keep Defenses guessing.

No. he has just completed his 6th season out of what I am betting will be 15. He has time, but this org. Needs to quit wasting his best possible years.

Niners use a FB in both the Run and pass game. I say get one. And to your other point, many of us saw, and thought, that everything this year worked better when Josh was under Center. The Run game definitely did.

I say add an old school FB and pound the **** outta them until they get out of that shell. Go with a 21 base formation, draft FB Jaheim Bell, Florida State and lets do this! (yeah Im gonna catch hell LOL)

Can you imagine if Allen, instead of Mayfield, went to OU for 2-3 years? Damn...

We don't have speed or pass catchers outside of Kincaid, Shakir or Cook. Diggs is a big ? At this time. We need WR badly.

I noticed Brady's offense at LSU had a lot of Sean Paytons route combos on it. Payton runs a version of the Air coryell offense.

Depending on how FA goes, it might be a starter needed at DT. We know whoever drafted will rotate.

I don't think he is being moved up to quickly. Everyone with experience got their start at some point, and this is his time. He needs to run the D and call the plays, you only get better by doing. He has seen Frasier and Mcdermott for awhile now. Time to put on big boy pants and lets go! I think he can do a good job, we will see.

Sitting here today, I wouldn't mind moving back into the high 2nd for another 3rd round pick if we can get it. Take WR there, then use our #28 pick in the 2nd round on say a Safety or DT.

I agree, I wanted to get an idea on what "his" offense was. I like what I saw on that site, but we gotta see it implemented here this year. Im kind of excited to see what happens.

Sorry guys, It wasn't a paywall when I read it. What sucks is it had video examples of play designs that were really good. Agreed. You could really see Peytons influence in his route combos.
