It would also be a full rebuild on the defensive side of the ball if Ben Johnson takes over as he will want to bring in his own DC. Same thing on the offensive side of the ball as Johnson would want to run the system that he has built. I am not against hiring Johnson as he appears to be a hot commodity to becoming a head coach.
