Any new receiver the Bills get at this point is coming through the draft. IMHO.

Bengals extend Chase (4 yrs $161mill) AND Higgins (4 yrs $115mill)
Gregg replied to Big Blitz's topic in The Stadium Wall
I meant the entire season to get them there. The Super Bowl itself was the Eagles defense leading the way. But the year Barkley had was one of the biggest factors in getting them there. -

Beane has shown in the past he will trade up to get a player he wants. If I remember correctly didn't, he do that with Edmunds. -

They played a part in it, but Barkley and their defense were "the reasons" they won. -

Bosa will only turn 30 this July. I wouldn't say he is a has-been. If he can stay healthy (BIG IF) then he will be a factor on the Bills defense. -

Ravens will have a better record than them and so will the Steelers if they find a QB. -
They will probably draft a WR, but I don't think it will be in the early rounds. Defense needs a lot of help. I expect Beane will use the early rounds for defensive help.

If that happened, it would be funny. Diggs threw fits while playing for a winning Bills team. I could only imagine how he would act playing for a losing team like the Jets.

What about Jim Kelly? I remember the Bills were coming off back-to-back 2-14 seasons. Nobody wanted to play there, and attendance was a joke. When the USFL folded Kelly signed with the Bills and the rest is history. I remember his first home game against the Jets. 80,000 in attendance. First sellout in Rich Stadium in years. Even though the Bills lost you could tell right away they had their QB and better days were coming.

On the plus side they will give the Ravens problems. I still think Baltimore is the best team in that division. -
I guess the C grade goes to a D or even F now.

This would be a good poll to have. Where do the Bills go at #30, DL, CB, or even WR. A lot will depend on how the draft board falls. Year after year we see players selected earlier than expected while others seem to fall like Rodgers did.

Joey Bosa signs with Buffalo. 1 year, $12.6 million

I like how he says, "coming back to a football town". He is going to love the atmosphere at Highmark Stadium. Big difference from LA where they don't really care about the NFL. -
Browns ink Myles Garrett to an Extension

This draft class is a strong one for DL. We are going to need Beane to hit a HR here. Not just for next year but the long-term future as well. -

Bosa could be that guy health permitting. -
They still have to go DL and WR, but they are definitely going CB as well. Hopefully Beane can find one that can start and contribute right away.

There is your vet CB signing. Still have to get one in the draft.

I wish all politicians were forced to go without security protection. If one of them or their family got attacked, they would change their stance on criminals in a NY minute. -
It doesn't seem like he is MILF hunting anymore. Seems he is dating his own age group now. https://nypost.com/2025/03/14/sports/zach-wilson-reacts-to-fiancee-nicolette-dellannos-bachelorette-trip/

I hope they can work something out. Obviously, he is not on the level of Barkley or Henry, but he is the 2nd best player on our offense. Led the league in rushing TD's last year. That is something that can't easily be replaced in the run game. His 2024 stats 207 carries Tied-19th YDS 1,009 16th TD 16 Tied-1st AVG 4.9

Both the Eagles and Commanders are much better than the Giants. Even the Cowboys are better. The Giants are looking at a rebuild so I don't see the playoffs as a possibility. Wilson is fine until the Giants get their future QB in the draft.

Giants are meeting Russell Wilson today. He isn't what he used to be, but he can still be the starter until they find their future QB in the draft. He is certainly better than Tommy "Cutlets" Devito. If I am the Giants, I don't let him leave the building without a contract.
