  1. I could see Lions DC Aaron Glenn going to the Jets. He played there from 94-01 so he has history with them. I don't see an established HC going there with Johnson but Glenn would be a first time HC so he might jump at the opportunity.

  3. Is their anyone in the NFC who could stop them from getting to the Super Bowl. Eagles have won 6 in a row. Green Bay, Minnesota? Divisional rivalry games are usually close since the teams know each other well. Maybe if SF gets healthy then they have a roster to do it, but it does feel like the Lions will represent the NFC in Feb unless injuries derail their season.
  4. Looking at the standings with the Bills at 9-2, Dolphins 4-6, Jets and Pats both 3-8. The magic number is 2. Any combination of Bills wins or Dolphins losses equaling 2 means they can't catch the Bills especially since the Bills swept them. If the Pats and Jets both ran the table (they obviously wont) the best they could do is 9-8. All the Bills need is 1 win, and those teams can't catch them. I guess we need the Pats to pull off the upset over the Dolphins this week reducing the magic number over Miami to 1. If that happens then the Bills can officially clinch the division vs SF.
  5. Maye has shown potential during this rebuilding year. The Jets have simply crashed and burned and are heading for dark times. Miami is not that great either. Who knows if anyone of them will improve to challenge the Bills in 2025.
  6. SNF against the 49ers.
  7. It's the national game of the week. 4:25 on CBS. CBS probably has the game protected so it can't be moved.
  8. With McDermott it will come down to the playoffs. He has been an excellent regular season coach for a long time now. But he needs to get over the hump in the playoffs. To many playoff failures are why many fans want to move on from him.
  9. If they do it would be against either the Pats or Jets. The Bills along with the Pats and Jets started in the AFL in 1960. The Dolphins started play in 1966.

  11. They are going to have trouble defending their 2-time offseason championships. No three peat this offseason. https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/troubling-report-surfaces-about-jets-after-gm-change/ar-AA1unMoY?ocid=msedgntp&pc=U531&cvid=4a29daa999884ca08107679bc85ce694&ei=21

  13. It was a two score lead at that point. Need to live dangerously and call it with 26 seconds left so the Chiefs would have a chance at 2 possessions.
  14. Would the Jets trade with the Bills? The asking price would certainly be higher if they trade any of their players within the division.
  15. Adam Schefter on X: "Jets have named former Browns general manager Phil Savage as their interim general manager." / X
  16. Albert Breer on X: "The Jets have fired GM Joe Douglas, as @Connor_J_Hughes reported. Those in his department were informed over the last hour. Messy situation gets messier. Was told co-director of player personnel Greg Nejmeh had taken on a more prominent role recently. Messy, messy situation." / X

  18. I am not surprised this happened, but I would have thought it would happen after the season and not now. Anyway, as long as Woody Johnson owns the team then they will continue to crash and burn.
  19. I see that. I guess they don't what division that game gets pulled from.
  20. https://fbschedules.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/ Here is the Bills schedule for the next few seasons.
  21. Also, SF will be playing back-to-back road games when they come to Buffalo in 2 weeks. This week they are at GB.
  22. Over the Bills in OP. That is hard to believe.
  23. I see the Bills losing to the Lions. All the other games are very winnable. SF isn't as good as people thought they would be. I know they have injuries but so does every team. As for the Chiefs they will be challenged by the Chargers. Harbaugh has got them playing well. At Pittsburgh and Denver won't be easy. Even the Texans game at home is no gimme either.
