He’s not experienced enough to feel at ease with the whole pitch yet Also worry a lot about our tackling in the secondary. We just don’t look anywhere close to championship quality this year. I don't know what QB in the world makes yesterday a success. No clear options downfield. No altertness for short passes. Constant pressure in his face. Weak ass play calling. It was his worst game, yes. But not every poor QB performance is a result of the QB.

I worry a little about Josh taking responsibility and saying that it's on him. The truth is it isn't. And it isn't going to help his mentality being so magnanimous. It makes him a fantastic human being, and a noble leader, but it won't put rings on his fingers. That one wasn't on him. It might be his worst game for us. But it wasn't on him. And he should be getting a bit more demanding. Aaron Rodgers doesn't shoulder repsonsibility for a game like that. He'd say the guys around him need to get good quick. Our guys need to get good quick. Josh is already good.

It was also weird that he said he'll never do that again. It's a trick play FFS. Don't tell people your plans. Like when Josh told the world we like to double dip and we haven't received second half since.

Thinking about it, we didn't lose it with the final three downs. It was a miracle we even got them. Texans messed up throwing on 3rd and then the intentional grounding. We lost this game not being able to score a TD after the fumble recovery. Josh probably not mentally set considering he'd just been in the tent. But that was the drive to win it.

I thought Dorian Williams played well today. And the D got mean second half. So it's not all death and misery.

Yeah that's true. The door is wide open for playoff football this year. Getting it right at the right time could be the dealbreaker. But you can't win a Superbowl with that kind of timid playcallling. It's just too small time. I worry the character for improvement might not be there.
