If a decision goes wrong it's like "why didn't you make the other decision" So all coaches have to do is always make the decision that gets the right result and they'll attract no criticism. So, go for 2 points. But only if you get the 2 points. Go for it on 4th down. Just be 100% sure that you will make the yards. Simple as that. (edit - the final result matters too. so if you don't get the result you want on the play, but you end up winning the game due to other events, then it wasn't THAT bad a decision. But if you don't get the result you want on the play and you lose the game - then you probably need to be fired before the press conference)

I've never known a team or competitor in ANY sport with quite as much personality as this current Bills outfit. Now, that may be a problem. Aside from McEnroe and Ali - it's not usually the big personalities that win things. It's usually the dull, mechanical sorts. Those who do the basics right.
