IMO Klein has never been a below average LB. There are limitations to his game that the team masks well but also, that he more than makes up for in other aspects of his game. The thing I simply can't wrap my head around is Dodson starting. I thought he looked lost last year and it was his 3rd year in the system. Maybe I'm wrong and the difference between him succeeding and failing is less than I think.

I think they're calling him Nissan now. Seriously though, I think Dodson is competing with Matakevich for a roster spot as a core four special teamer. If last year is any indication, they cannot play Dodson as a scrimmage linebacker. JMO. Regarding Klein, in past years he has filled in for both Edmunds and Milano and done so effectively because when he's in there the Bills change up their defense and allow him to play a completely different style from Edmunds/Milano. Klein has never been anything but an effective player for the Bills. Regarding Spector, I like what I saw of him last year and believe he's a legit candidate to start.

I don't know what the girl testified or didn't testify about being inside the house... maybe you do? If so, can you tell us whether there was alcohol involved? Who furnished the alcohol? Was the girl in a clear state of mind? Is there no question that she was confused about the events? Is it not possible that the 17-18 year old girl was coerced into legal action by her parents? Can you tell us whether the girl hired the lawyer or did her parents do that? If you know the answers to these questions it would possibly be enough to start forming an opinion as to who's at fault and who the victims are. One thing we agree on is that her name will be dragged through the mud. Within the community it's probably no secret who the girl is anyways so she'll live with that for the rest of her life regardless of any further litigation.

And the league and its players can afford these things. But of course there's a stupid vanity element that prevents some players from wearing certain things because it doesn't look cool. As for others I find that those who rush to judgement initially are often the same ones who overcorrect in the other direction. It's the same pendulum swinging the opposite way so I don't agree with your characterization. She ruined another person's life? Isn't this a bit premature? Also how is she going to live this down for the rest of her life? Is not her life just as ruined? There seems to be this binary blame mentality that I disagree with. Here is the point I'd like to understand before I morally exonerate Araiza and the others who had sex with the girl... she was 17 at the time of the incident and there's video of the sex acts.
