    I think Keon was seen talking with Andre Reed in Miami. If guys like Moulds and Reed can't talk some sense into him, I don't really know who can. Once a player earns the label of being uncoachable, it's very tough to shake that perception.

    The problem is that basically every scouting report said Coleman was exactly what we're seeing he is, but somehow this front office decided they weren't going to go with conventional wisdom and try to prove everybody wrong. Ladd was the better fit before the draft and he's still the better fit after the draft.

    Besides being another big miss on the team's top pick two out of three years, this is turning into a distraction and media circus the team doesn't need.

    One of the potential pitfalls of drafting a very young player. Maturity. With good coaching and mentorship, that can be overcome, but obviously not always. Another reason why I miss Mack. If attitude and effort are a problem, guys like Mack have no problem letting you know that's not OK.

    Performance is one thing, but if attitude and effort are also proving to be a problem, that just hurts his value even more. 5th? I'd be surprised if it was any more than that. If you can't produce with Josh Allen throwing you the ball, then I don't know what GM is going to be willing to part with any higher picks.

    Kaiir gone this past offseason and Keon gone this upcoming one. Just an absolute disaster for top draft choices two out of three years.

    Attitude and effort go a long way. If Keon is proving he is not coachable, the coaching staff is not going to give him the benefit of the doubt and keep giving him opportunities.
