I think they just got confused because the entire chart said “giant a.sshole.”

What about the vast majority who have common sense and know Biden wasn’t mentally fit to hold office? Are we allowed to call Trump the obese cheating conman that he is? Or nah?

That’s hilarious. Is he the most narcissistic person alive? Multiple victories? Is he playing against kids?

Ok, even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then. This was funny.

Tour Helicopter Falls Apart In NYC, Killing 6
stevestojan replied to IrishLass's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
When I lived in Hoboken there were adds for this everywhere. $30 was the cheapest ride. Mind you it was 6 minutes. But something about paying less than $100 to step foot on a helicopter seemed off to me - not the place I want to pinch pennies. Sad story, hope it was quick and they passed on impact rather than drowning. Awful. -
This part I do believe. Both can be true: Biden with loose marbles and a group (I’m not including some of the republicans here) who literally support everything the orange blob does. I would love for just once him to do something stupid and someone on here who isn’t a bleeding heart liberal to say “yeah. That was some embarrassing weird *****.” Golden sneakers, Trump bible, Trump NFTs, all weird. Massive tariffs that ended up just being an embargo on China? A master class in how to disrupt the world economy, have allies lose faith in our system, hurt the constituency he said he would lower prices for, and truly make himself look moronic with all the flip-flopping. instead. It’s always defend Trump. It’s truly ok to tell the emperor he isn’t wearing clothes. this board would be such a better place if that could happen. “I like trumps policies for the most part, but saying groceries is an old fashion term of a bag with things in it” is just…. weird.

oh for god sakes can you stop with this *****? You want him impeached again? Fine. Let’s impeach him and waste millions on another investigation so he walks away clean again and becomes an even bigger martyr to those who truly see him as a deity. it’s getting tiring. We hate Trump. Rightfully (from our perspectives). But your posts make the left seem weaker with every keystroke. i might seriously have to go register as independent. Certainly would never register republican based on my own personal beliefs and yes my hatred for the orange blob, but man alive to democrats sounds like a bunch of whiny little girls.

Why are we still talking about old man winter? He was too old, ineffective, and made some brutally bad decisions, afghanistan withdrawal being right at the top. He stunk. Bottom 3 president of all time. So can we move on past the BDS? Those of us who proudly have TDS can do so while understanding his predecessor was also a disaster. MAGA, however, can’t find fault in orange daddy. BDS

TDS: A SCHLONG Four Years For The Afflicted
stevestojan replied to BillsFanNC's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Tightened the Mexican border. -
The uneducated made the swing happen. Interesting. Those that will be most directly impacted by the tariffs. edit: sorry, not the “uneducated.” The non-college degreed folks. Trying to be less of a d!ck. But still, surprising that blue collar folks (if I can use that term) aren’t seeing how a Chinese embargo will hurt them. But the performance “art” the dems have been putting on for years is getting old, quick.

Interesting, but what would be more telling is a Pareto chart of volume or total spend by Americans to each country. Those two under “retaliated” aren’t Bahrain and Vatican City. By themselves, China and Canada make up a great portion of our imports. I think combined, they’re something like 24% of every import.

What the ***** is in the water in Butler? I mean there’s disagreeing with politics and there’s two dudes from the same podunk town of 18,000 people planning assassinations? Get together, you nut bags. The far left can’t cry about the far right when this ***** happens. (Happy to cry middle left to middle right myself. 😉)

I don’t? My entire family is teachers. They buy nearly everything for their classrooms while raising their families. And guess what? They don’t buy all “made in the USA” because they also need to pay their electric bill. They are middle class. They’ll be ok. But those that aren’t? They won’t. But you think I just have “tds” (durrrr). No, I have logic and reasoning and not a weird dedication to a politic figure. (Spoiler, I think Biden was awful so save your whataboutism). And I love the “it’s been three months.” Exactly. It’s only been three months of a lame duck president with a plan to… (still don’t know, as it changes daily. Is it that the market was already overpriced? China must be punished? bring jobs back to America? What’s the strategy today? Because one thing i do know is that the economy LOVES daily uncertainly. 🙄) But tell me again who I care about. Thanks.

I have no personal hysteria. Luckily I’m fine financially and can survive whatever Drumpf decides the flavor of the day is. I’m worried about those who aren’t as lucky as some of us and have to make difficult choices and truly believed we’d have “lower prices on day 1” only to see nearly every consumer product increase in price. That’s likely because they didn’t have even a basic understanding of what tariffs DO when voting for him, and believed it was really just “they charge us so we will charge them” not realizing that 100% of the time, the end consumer foots the bill. Maybe I have hysteria for those that were bamboozled by a billionaire.

That’s all you have? A trade embargo with China will be painful for low income families for as long as it lasts. Because again, they need to buy inexpensive household goods to stay afloat. A plan of “bringing those jobs back to America” will indeed hurt for years while the entire ***** thing is built. Unless, of course, this was really never about bringing jobs back to America. But I was told to “just trust the president” so it must be the case.
-
Maybe (and I only say maybe because American made goods will inherently and forever be more expensive). But let’s go with “Yes! MURCA!” In that case, Trump still put the cart before the horse. Why put his entire constituency through years of pain as they buy all their household necessities while the “plan” to bring the industry back to the US is executed; which will take years and hundreds of billions of dollars. And then prices will be higher even then because no American is lining up to put widgets on shoes for $7/hr (though they might if they have to face the tariff pain that long).
