We’re already replaced coordinators multiple times. Without replacing the root cause at the top any new coordinators will be just spinning wheels and more future scapegoats for the inept HC. IMO he has intentionally built a staff with inexperienced coordinators to protect his own job with no legit interim HC candidate on staff for ownership to replace him. The fools gold with this team starts with the fool at the top. Without moving on form McD little will actually change and more years of Josh’s career will be wasted.

Step 1 Hire a highly qualified forward thinking GM with the balls to say he won't take the job unless Pegula agrees to stay completely away from any football decision making. Preferably a GM with either proven past success or a really good resume building up to the position. Also give the GM full power to hire/fire the coach, Pegula's job is to write the checks and STFU. Otherwise, no deal on accepting a job. Step 2 Immediately fire McDummy and the entire staff save maybe Kromer Step 3 Bring in a progressive offensive minded HC/OC, and a strong highly productive DC Step 4 Purge the roster of all of the crappy contracts by trades and cuts and build up 2027 draft capital. Take the cap hits as much as possible in 2026 Step 5 Fire the entire training and nutritional staff (AGAIN), I'd go so far as to purge the doctors on staff as well. Step 6 Give Allen a year off to get his head straight, seriously, place him on IR in 2026 for mental reasons and throw the season with a roster full of JAGS to reset the cap. Give Mitch a season to showcase how much he sucks. They likely ain't doing crap in 2026 anyhow with the roster issues we have. Take the lumps and rebuild with youth in the 2027 draft and key UFA and trade acquisitions. Step 7 Rebuild with legit talent and speed and let Josh be Josh and stop f'n neutering him. Rebuild the defense with the size, grit, toughness, nastiness and speed required to compete in todays NFL. No more tweeners, undersized, injury prone slugs. We don't need a team full of McClappy choirboys. Extreme measures are necessary or Josh will likely never sniff a Super Bowl in Buffalo, much less win one. His clock is ticking.

3 ugly wins and 3 ugly losses likely headed our way 10-7 (at best IMO) and a wildcard exit soon to come Can't wait till the loser front office and coaching staff brings it all back AGAIN next year. This team, coaching staff and front office are all bottom dwellers if not for Allen and Cook.

McD is the root cause of all of this teams issues. Beane is a henchman to McDummy. Frankly they both need to go. Fire McD & Beane TODAY, fire Brady, demote Babich back to the secondary (or fire him outright), bring in Daboll as interim HC/OC (but do a REAL coaching search in the off-season and don't just hand the job to Daboll). Also bring in Frasier as DC and see if the shakeup can save this season. Standing pat is just going to end in the same disappointment, if not a major injury to Josh as Brady gets him killed with his brutal playcalls.

I'd argue they'd be more successful than the stale staff we have.

They aren't winning a road playoff game. Not under McD. 0-5 will soon be 0-6.

Josh's backyard play is a direct result of the moron calling the plays and handicapping the offense from the start with weak predictable game plans and no creativity. Not to mention the idiot HC who wants the superstar QB to be no more than a game manager to protect his crappy defense. Josh is severely handicapped by the coaching staff as well as the GM who gives McClappy the players he wants on defense and does NOTHING to surround his future HOF QB with talent at WR that can actually play WR in the NFL and get separation. This team is flawed on so many levels, but Josh is NOT the problem. The entire Front Office and Coaching Staff needs to go. Period.

Aside from enjoying Josh when he's being Josh and Cook when he's being Cook, there has not been much to enjoy with this team since 13 seconds when McDummy should have been fired. Every day since that point is just another day of Josh's career being wasted by a vastly overrated front office and coaching staff.

We have no business winning the division at this point. Absolutely have done NOTHING to earn it.

Until we turnover the entire front office and coaching staff, every season is just another year wasted of Josh's career. We are NOT winning or even making a Super Bowl with this staff and management. Just spinning wheels at his point.

Guess what, we SUCK again. Thanks to McDummy and his braindead staff. So glad in all their wisdom they once again neutered Josh in this game to the point he feels he now has to play hero ball scrambling into sacks. Another year of Josh's career WASTED by this staff.

This 100%. I wanted MCDummy fired before 13 seconds, that moment was just the exclamation point that he had to go IMO.
