  1. Great thoughts, bro! Brady and Big Ben started out this way too and then grew into their own over time.
  2. Great thoughts and explanation, Hap. Thanks for sharing. I definitely see your point. Do you really want a game manager out of a #1 pick though? I’m going to somewhat answer my own question but I’d like your thoughts as well. If it takes him being a game manager for a year or two to start ascending to something greater, then it’s probably worth it for the Browns. Great back and forth, bro!
  3. That’s interesting, bro. Thanks for sharing! It’s not that he’s not good at all, it’s just that he doesn’t deserve the hype that he gets. That’s a good point. It’s not that he is not good at all, it’s just that he doesn’t deserve the hype that he’s getting. And, to your point, not what you expect out of a number one pick.
  4. Is it April Fool’s? This is one big joke. It’s not even close! This is one of the reasons I don’t even like Baker. He just gets way too much hype and doesn’t deserve it.
  5. That's Steelers fans for ya. I lived in the area for seven years and you'd think that the Steelers were one of the worst organizations at times by the way some fans would react to the team. Even though they're tied for the best record in the NFL, they aren't the best team. That said, some Steeler fans can typically be way too hard on their team. All that said though, I believe we will beat them too.
  6. Oh bro, I feel ya. I do not like the Steelers either. I lived in the Pittsburgh area for around seven years. It was brutal at times. Did I mention that I do not like the Steelers?
  7. Yup! It’s crazy to see the patriots at the bottom of the “in the hunt“ list. I love it though!
  8. Wow, I knew it was bad, but not that bad. That list is a joke!
  9. I know! When people have compared him to Cam, I haven’t looked at it as a compliment. Not that I don’t think Cam has never been good but I think Josh can be so much better!
  10. I definitely see what you’re saying. That said, even though it took away clock, I believe they played the clock smart. If they don’t make the first down, they don’t give the Niners a lot of time. If the bills were at their 35 or so to start, I’d say waste no clock. That said, they were at their 10 yard line to start so I think they played it smart and then got the best result that they could’ve given the circumstances. Good back-and-forth, bro!
  11. It was so close again last night! I thought of your posts when Micah got so close.
  12. I was hoping for the same thing at first but now the number two seed is more in play.
  13. Feels so good that this is the scenario to clinch instead of allowing us to stay alive for the playoffs for another week. Woohoo!!!
  14. I agree, Chandler. While I’m not guaranteeing a victory, I’ve been thinking for weeks that we can take this game. While the Steelers are good, they don’t seem like world beaters. And, we’re getting hotter down the stretch. Hopefully my dislike of the Steelers isn’t tainting the way I see it. 🤣
  15. To each his own but I don’t know, Chemical. You’re at your own 10 yard line with 65 seconds left. While miracles happen, unless you’re having to win the game, I think any coach is pleased with a FG in that situation. And, it’s not like it was a 58 yarder. They set Bass up for a very makeable 37 yarder. It was as perfect as you could realistically get.
  16. I was thinking similar thoughts. They took enough time off the clock, that if they didn’t get the first down, they would’ve not given the Niners much time left. Once they got the first down, they marched down the field to get the FG. And it all started at the 10 yard line! McD was smiling when he talked about that in the post game presser.
  17. Yup! Imposing our will on an opponent feels awesome. It must’ve been so frustrating for the Niners defense. Love it!
  18. Yup! When officially playing on Monday night (meaning when games haven't moved), JA is 1-0. It's a new era!
  19. Man, bro, we're so close. It's like you can taste it. My son grew up in the drought years (he's 17). He told me tonight that seeing JA score gives him a comfort level he's never felt before. He can even tell a difference and he doesn't know the Kelly years like I do.
  20. I LOVE your thought but I think it's been evident for awhile now. Here's another cool JA stat. He's 10-4 on the road in his last 14 games. That's really impressive!
