So funny story, bro. I read your story before I opened presents today. Didn’t even know until your post that there was Bills turf available. And then, I opened my present from my wife, daughter and son today and they got me Bills turf that was framed.

Which I like. Why make others mad or giveaway game thought processes just to appease writers or fans. I’d rather be appeased through winning the game then knowing something beforehand. That thought wasn’t directed at you, just a thought in general.

Yeah, I saw that same interview with Hasselbeck. Once he explained it, it made sense to me why Josh seemed a little bit off during those few games. This is one reason why it’s so important to not jump the gun (i.e. Edmunds sucks, Allen’s hot start to the season was a fluke, etc.) when someone struggles for a stretch. We just don’t always have the context.

You’re right, MJS. Good job explaining it. I’m very excited about the possibilities of the #2 seed. Going from no home playoff games in 25 years to being guaranteed two home playoff games.

Most likely it will be Chiefs #1, Buffalo #2 and Steelers #3. That said, there’s a crazy scenario or two (a lot of things have to happen) where the bills would be the #1 seed supposedly. That’s why they haven’t technically clinched it yet.

During the Denver game, Josh Allen was tripped and still made the first down by passing it to Diggs. I told my two kids after that play that I used to dislike QBs that would do that against our defense. Now we have a QB that does that to defenses. 🤣

I can’t speak for everybody, but for me, I want them to have the number two seed. It guarantees us two home playoff games and it guarantees that we don’t play the Chiefs until the AFC championship game. And, on the outside chance that the Chiefs have an upset loss, we could host the AFC championship.

That’d be nice! I’m not going to go that far but I do wonder if we could hold them to all field goals.

I know anything could happen but does anybody get a sense that we’re going to curb stomp the patriots?

If he’s ready, play him against the Patriots. This gives him a couple games to get back into the swing of things.

This weekend has been great but breaking the drought was special. I believe this year we’ll go a lot farther in the playoffs but it was awesome to break the drought. Also, I know this is a hindsight thought (I didn’t want him when we drafted him. That said, that quickly changed) but the best weekend in the last 25 years could very well be when we drafted Josh Allen to be our quarterback of the future. Go, go Buffalo!!!
