Correct ... People are reading the draft projections. Both of our 4th rounders were projected as 7th or UDFA. You never know? I trust Modrak and the coaches more than the people who write the draft marketing data.

Who was our TE?

Looks like a solid pick that should help the pass rush. Round 4 will be TE and Center. I am liking this draft so far.

Ernie Warlick was a good TE for the Bills back in the mid-60's.

Like most Bills fans I don't know much about Youbouty. But I would have to say that your post is totally lacks any kind of logic? How could a 3rd round pick that has not had a chance to play yet be considered a bust before his second season has even started?

I don't see it in round 3 but if you go by the "best player available" theory then you could be right. I do expect we will at least pick up a few safety's to round out the roster. We could draft one in the late rounds, and then look at undrafted rookie FA's, and also look at low priced veteran free agents. You are correct, we need to bring some competition into camp.

So who will play linebacker for us? Ellison - Crowel - Stamer/Wire? Your draft neglects our biggest area of need. I would not be surprised to see the Bills take 2 linebackers on day one.

I give TD no credit. The Parish pick was complete arrogance, drafting a 3rd WR/ kick returner when we were very weak on both lines. I don't think there was a weaker OL than the one TD left us.

Wade = C- Yes, he made the playoffs. He did not take care of all facets of the team, special teams was a disaster on his watch. Had to deal with Ralph's interferenece but still, he is not a great motivator or planner for a HC. Gregggggoh - F. He failed in his debut. He had very little talent his first season and got a lot of of the team. In waas downhill from there. His arrogance and his inexperience got the best of him. In retrospect, he was a very bad hire. Other coaches interviewed went on to be successful. Meathead - F. He had talent and could not consistently produce. His inexperience was a big factor in his demise and he did not win over the veterans. It sure seemed like he was never in control. TD decided who his OL and his QB would be; Meathead was a basically a figurehead. Dick J. - B so far, but still more of an incomplete.

Your comments on Fairchild are right on. He never agreed with the pass happy Martz and pleaded to feature S. Jackson first. Fairchild will tweak based on the talent and besides, how can a runner like AP not be a good fit?

Please stop that. You turn around a program drafting good players, teaching and coaching them, and by establishing a winning attitude ---- that means winning games on the field. Not by losing. The Bills need to learn how to win and that time is now. The idea of losing to get "one more good draft" is crazy. Good players are available in all rounds of the draft. New England has been winning for many years and they have no problem adding talent to their team via the draft.

I know it is becoming a habit and it does put them at an advantage but don't you think even they are getting sick of it? I am willing to bet that if they had the choice they would pick a different opponent to play after their bye-week.

I disagree, and please check your math on that 0-8, 3-6 and 5-3 thing.

Not sure anything is wrong with your scenario. I just think that Willis is the best LB in the draft and we should use that pick on him if he is there at 12.
