I’m a fan of PP. But very lazy grading of first round BRobinson is a top 10 player as Kincaid. Bills already have Knox when BB has stated he won’t be an in-line TE. I hope re revisits once he sees how the Bills plan to use him.

Absolutely not true. Bills will put him on field as big slot with and without Knox .. like Knox but Kincaid is a top 10 player in this draft and better than any wr .. he’s different and they will work well together.. see KC

Wow great take. Bills took him at #1 he’s going to be on the field. KC played TK and the rookie TE all the time. He was a top 10 overall value on many draft boards.

Josh is mature. He speaks with his play and his professional agent. When the time is right he will get paid on at least 2 more big contracts.

It’s not just you. This is the 2nd worst contract in the history of the NFL. He and OBJ Ravens really seem desperate with this Lamar deal. I thought they were smarter than that. 3% of $30m (max for agents, he could have negotiated lower).. so he has only lost $29.1m 😎 The Murray deal did not favors to Lamar or the Ravens. Is Murray a guy you want leading your franchise. At least up to this contract fiasco, Lamar has shown leadership and a great work ethic. Bad owners in Cleveland and Arizona have created an unwarranted market. The Hurts deal could possibly do the same but a bit early to tell.

Exactly the team value will only go up. Terry has kids who I can’t imagine wouldn’t be interested. His oldest was with him at league meetings so seemingly interested. PK doesn’t appear to me as a guy who does speculation unless he said “ hey I’m spectating”.

Right we would all take it. But he’s lost $30 vs Josh. June of 21 the Ravens were trying to get him signed and were talking with his mother. Two months later Josh signed his deal. And the Ravens have been trying ever since.

What does that have to do with Lamar? They are separate entities. Lamar despite being offered various over market contracts refuses to sign. He has zero financial security at a critical time in his career. Many players have played on franchise tags and won while others have not. I don’t think any of these players have so illogically played there hand like Lamar has. You have stated that he isn’t as good as Josh and I am 100% certain the league agrees. And yet the awful Ravens have offered him contracts for more than Josh’s. I can’t continue this debate. Lamar has made egregious errors that have cost him $ millions. Totally not true. The Ravens are one of the most respected franchises in the NFL and have made him multiple offers. If he had an agent he would already be signed to a similar deal Josh has. Everyone on this thread has presented these facts and you refuse to accept it. The NFL has just demonstrated he’s not worth the value he thinks he has. He can sign the tag for $32 and hope he has a great year and doesn’t get hurt. Contrast that will what Josh has earned and peace of mind he has. This is about 90% on Lamar.

The contract Josh was offered has everything to do with him. People have documented multiple times on this thread that Lamar has been offered per the GM of the Ravens multiple contract offers early in his career. This was when his leverage and non health issues would have been at peak. These are facts. Lamar has repeatedly hurt his leverage and value and will never ever recoup those $. As it stands he has one year at $32m then he has nothing.

What would possess them to lowball Lamar. All information suggests they have made him multiple types of market value offers.

I don’t blame him for not getting a contract. That’s not what I said. I stated that he would have benefited from an agent. Coming off an MVP season in 2019 ? Do you think his leverage at that time was higher than Josh? I think the NFL would have said yes. We as Bills fans accurately would have argued Josh would ultimately be the better player.
