On one hand, it would be funny to watch the board implode if we went DB with our first round pick. On the other hand, I'd be one of the people imploding...

Hey boss, this whole thing is a little confusing to me. I see that you procured your seats, and for that, congrats! I'm just curious to know were you got your seats at specifically? Are you in a club seat area? Are you under the cover or with the wider, heated seats? From some of the posts, I got the impression you were around the 15 yard line, but only 20 rows back. I was under the impression those couldn't be bought yet

Do we even know if the Bills are interested in McConkey? I'm pretty sure Leggette was a top 30 visit.

For those not happy with us trading back, I'm curious to understand why. To me, unless you are unhappy with missing on AD Mitchell, I like that we were able to still get a WR the Bills clearly covet in Franklin, and move up our 2nd round pick enough to grab a Safety that can start Day 1, AND add a 3rd round pick. If we stayed put, there's a chance that AD isn't there in real life, and we end up reaching for someone like Legette or Franklin at 28. Overall, if we don't get one of the top 3/5 receivers, it's going to be a crap shoot of who goes where, and I trust Beane to make the right calls. There's going to be a lot of reaches in this draft, just because the talent isn't there at so many positions. Overall, after two of these mocks, I think I'd be good if the Bills made multiple trade ups in this draft to get 2 players of value in the first two rounds, then let all the middling crap between picks 50-100 go to other teams. Then the Bills just pick up guys they think can make an impact later on. No matter what, I don't see there being any steals or value after pick 20. Not really

You going to join us for 3.0?
-
In hindsight, I feel bad for not approving it. That was the only trade attempt I denied for that reason. In previous years, people got out of hand with it and some picks got traded 4 times. I finally try to get ahead of that, and no one tried it.

I'm really surprised no one tried to trade for Higgins or Aiyuk in this draft

Hey everyone, I just wanted to thank you all for your support in moving these drafts along so quickly. I know I said that if 2.0 ended soon enough, we would possibly have a 3rd round. While we did move quicker than I expected, I do think I'm going to end the draft after this round. Honestly, I have a lot of work and other things going on this week that I need to catch up on, so to have a break for the rest of the week before 3.0 would be helpful to me. The plan will be to have the sign-up sheet for 3.0 launch on Sunday, with the draft starting on Monday. That puts the Bills poll most likely at Wednesday into Thursday, and the mock draft being done before the real one starts. Again, I apologize if that ruffles any feathers, and if I could change the thread ownership page over to someone else, I would. Thank you all

I forgot Doc Brown messaged me last night and sent me his pick. With the 59th pick the Jacksonville Jaguars select Roman Wilson, WR, Michigan. Jaguars can now breathe after taking a chance in moving down to acquire a 3rd round pick. Wilson should pair nicely with this WR room adding a speed element that they don't currently have to take the top off of a defense. We prefer WR's that get open and that's exactly what Wilson does. His superb route running and short area quickness should give Lawrence a reliable slot option. The Packers @MrEpsYtown are now on the clock

Poll selections are updated to the top 6. If your pick was removed, please vote again Do you view any of the safeties available as more of FS to replace Hyde? -

I’d be fine with Saumataia if he could start at RG this season. Then, depending on how he pans out, kick him out out RT if we lose Brown. -

Wouldn’t that make him Poyer’s replacement. I don’t know if Rapp is the long term answer, and we didn’t pay him as such. I’d be fine with Bullard and a FS later -

Yeah, to me, I don’t want depth with a 2nd round pick. Round 4 and beyond, sure. I want starters in rounds 1-3 -

I would typically with you on another team, but S feels to be the captain position that McD likes to target. Hyde and White started this D, and I think they are slightly more important in our system. So if we can land the top safety in the draft after getting our WR, I’ll take it. -

I added in a few of them. I don't want to list more than 3 per position. I added those with 2nd round grades via CBS or ESPN I'm going Javon Bullard, S, Georgia here. ESPN's highest rated safety, BPA and position of need. Win win -
Poll is up. Can't say I'm a huge fan of the options. The talent worth of this pick just isn't there. These mocks have shown me that we want out first two picks to be in the top 50, or trade back and see what falls. There's a lot of 3rd round talent that will go in the 2nd round because somebody has to be picked.

You just made some posters very angry. I have a feeling he was going to win the poll for the next Bills pick.

With the 54th pick in the TSW Mock 2.0 draft, the Cleveland Browns select Jalen McMillan, WR, Washington Slot target with good size and production over the last two seasons. McMillan is a long-striding field-stretcher who is at his best with momentum routes in a West Coast passing scheme. He lacks aggression and play strength and could labor against press or when faced with contested catches. McMillan has adequate build-up speed to create opportunities down the field but needs the ball on target. Teams will need to determine if McMillan was a product of the impressive Washington passing scheme, or if he's a stand-alone talent outside of UW. The Dolphins @TPS are on the clock @TPS@Logic@LEBills Please try to get your picks in this evening so we can start the Bills final poll tonight if possible. Still trying to aim for a Wednesday completion date for this thing so we can determine if there's time for round 3.
