  1. Seems like a real solid dude, and definitely embodies the "Humble and Hungry" motto. The players love him too. Worst case, we'd get 2 third-round comp picks. But, that Texans job sounds like a nightmare.
  2. Best fans in the NFL, hands down. That the Ravens had to employ a silent count, in an outdoor game, with 6700 fans in attendance, is amazing. The Chefs are awesome, too. Love this team. Love this city. LET'S GO BILLS!!!!
  3. Gotta get Bernie on that bike too
  4. Well, he didn't exactly get "trapped"...he willingly signed an extension a few years ago. But I get what you're saying - it feels like his talent was wasted in Detroit
  5. the '88 offense wasn't very good. Our WR2 and WR3 were Trumaine Johnson and Flip Johnson, and McKeller wasn't at all a part of the offense in '88. It was strange, because in the regular season matchup against CIN, we got down big, went no-huddle, and mounted a comeback. It wasn't until the WC game in '89 when we used the no-huddle with regularity.
  6. Edwards-Helaire, despite missing 3 games, was far & away the Chiefs leading rusher. I'd say the he made the Chiefs "significantly better"
  7. I believe in that same game, Bruce was having his way with Munoz, but then tweaked his groin or hammy, and was ineffective the rest of the game. Earlier in that game, Bruce was called for a 15-yard facemark (back then, inadvertent facemasks were 5-yarders) on an Esiason sack....it was a horrible call, as Bruce had a fistful of Boomer's jersey but no facemask. Sack was wiped out, Bengals got a first down, and went on to score.
  8. That's probably part of the issue. Interestingly though, even after the correct diagnosis (late January/early February), Crosby still didn't play until March 15.
  9. Per the article, Crosby hadn't played for nearly 2 months as of the date of the article. Let's see how long Mahomes is held out.
  10. no doubt. That's what makes it fun. I'd rather someone offer an opinion and be shown to be wrong, than say nothing at the time, and then pound their chests months/years later, and say "I TOLD YOU SO!!!" (we already have one of those here). I'll say this, you are consistent:" he has 1 weapon and a couple jags."🤪
  11. some of the takes in this thread are horrific.
  12. Marks withdrew his name from the transfer portal. Great news for UB.
  13. Before the usual suspects chime in, I will say that I believe that Jackson most certainly was deserving of the MVP in '19.
  14. MVP in 2019 In 2020, loses his #2 and #3 TEs, and now the narrative is "he needs more weapons"? Let's look at facts: John Brown's stats in 2018 with the Ravens vs. 2019 with the Bills. And further, what were Brown's stats in '18 with Flacco at QB vs. with LJ at QB? What are the reasons for the discrepancies? Was he "not a weapon" with LJ in '18, and someone sprinkled "weapon dust" on him in the summer of '19? Wille Sneed's - whose name has been dropped ad nauseam in this thread - receptions have been cut in half from '18 to '19 & '20. What's the cause?
  15. Saw Ostroski, Fina, Biscuit and other former players tweeting last night and this morning. They're all pretty fired up.
  16. Who was it who brought Allen into the conversation? I'm referring to the people in this thread, not the author of the article.
  17. Bryant had 12 targets and 6 catches in 7 games. Boykin had 36 targets and 22 catches in 17 games. Duvernay had 26 targets and 24 catches & rushes in 17 games. Seems like Boykin and Duvernay were more productive than was Bryant. I don't "hate" Jackson, it's just pathetic to see "Bills fans" make excuse after excuse for Jackson. Same "fans" who probably ripped Allen in season's past.
  18. I hope Allen Robinson signs with Baltimore this off-season, so that this time next season, we can compare his '21 stats with those he had with Trubisky and Foles in '20.
  19. Didn;t read your post, but assume it's crap like the rest of your drivel in this thread
  20. I was asked a question and I offered a direct answer. More than your cohorts in this thread are willing to do. Do we know that Boykin and Duvernay are bad, or do we not know enough about them? If the latter, why?
  21. Ok, but why is it that Baltimore wouldn't be high on your list of preferred destinations?
