  1. Jon Beason - OLB David Harris - ILB Jacoby Jones - WR
  2. Why is Profootballtalk the only source for this? Has anyone actually seen it on NFL NETWORK?
  3. You're kidding, right? Ricky Williams?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
  4. Why is it a bad deal? Everyone was bitching with what we got for that piece of crap McGahee and now we gave too much (which is what everyone here wanted for McGahee) for a guy who runs hard and is a team player (have you heard any complaints from him being the #2 for the past few years?)
  5. Too much of a hot-dog for me. That's why Nate and Willis are gone.
  6. If true that is good news. We don't need any more competition in the RB sweepstakes whether it is Turner, Peterson, Lynch, etc.
  7. Where did I say source? The definition of speculation is "to think or wonder about a subject." And I put the link on there so you could see what the Charger fans are saying.
  8. Trade down and get Justin Blalock the massive guard to fill the RG spot.
  9. Speculation by a San Diego fan, but it could happen, in light of the Maroney situation. I myself think Turner is going to be a top 10 back, maybe top 5. Just my opinion, but the guy looks good and was awesome in college. Chargers forum
  10. Watched the COMEBACK last night on NFL Network and Conlan was a non-factor the entire game. When was his rookie year and how many seasons did he play?
  11. You read my mind. I'm also thinking Timmons in the first. This year Kameron Wimbley. Then in the 2nd a surprise pick will be Brian Leonard, who will fill 2 spots for the Bills - replaces McGahee as RB and fills the FB position. He can stay on the field for all 3 downs; play FB when A-Train is on the field and be the lone back on 3rd downs.
  12. Was there another DT on the Eagles last year that they were trying to trade. Was it Walker? Whoever the guy was, it was a DT on the Eagles who had an injured ankle. Was Walker on the trade blocks before this trade? It just makes me wonder why they wanted to get rid of the guy.
  13. I disagree that Ellison is too small to holdup. How big are strong safeties, the guys who are constantly in on tackles? How big was Antoine Winfield, a guy who was close to leading the team in tackles?
  14. Cato June is 6'0" and 227lbs. nfl players.com
  15. How many times do players sign a contract and then start living up to the contract and then demand the team re-negotiate because now they are an "elite" player?
  16. Will he be there at 12 after running a 4.37 or 4.38 at his Pro Day? I'd be very happy with him. I'm getting the feeling the Bills don't care for Lynch. I saw him last night on NFL Network and yikes this guy is scary weird.
  17. NFL.com -- Talks between the running back needy Buffalo Bills and Tennessee's free agent Chris Brown are heating up. Brown would provide the Bills with a nice alternative until the draft, where Buffalo still could be poised to pick up either Oklahoma's Adrian Peterson or California's Marshawn Lynch.
  18. It could be that the "experts" in the media made this up just so they would have a reason to bash Marv when he picks him?
  19. I hope Marv has GM AJ Smith on speed-dial.
  20. They are also having something about the Bills on Friday.
  21. Maybe take Lynch at 12 and trade back into the first for a LB like Poslusny? I don't know but the draft is 39 days away and it sucks.
  22. I love the idea. Two major holes filled in round 1. Sports Illustrated 1. Who will go after Michael Bush? In the wake of the Willis McGahee trade, the Bills have a need for Bush -- widely considered the draft's third best running back -- and could target him either late in the first round or early in the second. With four first-day picks (they got Baltimore's third-rounder in the deal for McGahee), Buffalo could package its second-round selection (No. 43) and first third-rounder (No. 74) to climb back into the latter stages of the first round to land Bush. Or the Bills could dangle their second third-round pick (No. 92) to move up high into the second round in order to secure Bush. I would be 100% satisfied if they somehow could get Patrick Willis, Michael Bush, and Brian Leonard.
  23. I wouldn't be surprised if Peterson is available and the Bills take someone else. like Willis. I have a feeling Peterson isn't there top choice.
  24. We need a RB and LB before DT anyway.
