I don't know many college students who didn't say or do stupid things in college. It's called maturity, and it takes longer for some to get it. I can't believe some of the stupid things I did in college. Why not draft the kid? Can you imagine how painful it would be if the Patriots draft him, and he becomes the heir apparent to Brady, after they trade Garropolo for picks? Something like that would be something Belicheck and Kraft would love to do. Also keep in mind that all draft picks are a gamble. Look at 2013. Not 1 of those draft picks is still on the team.

Not saying it will happen, but how do we know it won't? Multiple trade downs could happen. With the culture change, I thinks it's a good possibility. They have lots of holes to fill. I wonder how many people said "there is no way EJ Manuel is taken in the 1st round"? We're not experts, but I do enjoy reading Bills Wire and reading their opinions / info. Obviously unlikely, but I love the idea of trading down a few times to get an extra 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. Load this team up with some new guys that are a fit for this new team. The Bills needs lots of new talent, not 1 superstar.

Dad took me to a Raiders / Bills game when I was a kid. I was a Raiders fan. Read "Ken Stabler and the Oakland Raiders" hundreds of times. Was a huge fan. Dave Casper was my favorite player. Rooted for the Raiders during the game, but the Bills fans, the stadium, the environment, and most importantly, seeing my Dad rooting for them changed me. I've been a Bills fan ever since.

You need some big cahones to pick cahomes at 10.

Take Mahomes at 10, trade down in the 2nd to get 4th or late 3rd. Trade down in 4 to get a 5 or 6. Basically get your QB at #10 and trade down the rest of the rounds to acquire picks.

Just a hunch that the Bills like Mahomes a lot and are keeping it quiet. Tyrod's deal doesn't show any commitment to him and they have no real options if he goes down. Obviously by the FA pickups and the way the offense ran the ball last year, this will be a running team again. I would go option 1 and take Mahomes and have him sit behind TT for a year or two. * I don't think Mahomes makes it out of the first round....maybe top 25, but why risk it in a trade down if you like him and think he could be a franchise QB?

Which would you rather see the Bills do: Scenario 1: Rd. 1 - Patrick Mahomes - QB Rd. 2 - Chris Godwin - WR or Scenario 2: Rd. 1 - Davis or Williams - WR Rd. 2 - Nathan Peterman - QB Then I would like to see James Conner (Pitt RB) or Donte Freeman (Texas RB) to continue the big running game. Add in a big blocking TE as an undrafted and go defense in other draft spots.
