  1. Bills completely wore out the broncos defense in that first half…they could’ve scored 50+ that game if they had to. That game was nowhere near as close as it looked (while it was close) imo Unfortunately for them they’re in a division they will likely never win and will always be coming in as a 6/7 seed. They’re gonna have an uphill battle every year
  2. Manning up the bills with no Shakir or cooper and Coleman only having a couple games under his belt was much easier imo. I think that early regular season blowout benefits the bills for this rematch honestly. the ravens will likely roll with mostly the same defensive gameplan and it might blow up on them this time and on the defensive side we really didn’t show much of anything because a good chunk of the starters were out I’ve got a funny feeling we’ll see some more Curtis Samuel action lol
  3. It’s a double down on them saying the bills weren’t gonna be good in the offseason imo…if the ravens win they can be like ‘told you the bills weren’t talented enough this year’ and redeem themselves a bit for their awful afc east takes haha same thing that has happened to josh his whole career…they predicted he would bust so they snub him at every turn before being forced into giving him some credit
  4. This is nitpicky as burrow is obviously great but to me he doesn’t seem to have the same ability to elevate poor oline play as some other guys…that’s usually their issue early in the year. I don’t see him as as much of a one man army as somebody more mobile would be. If the bengals lose some pieces I think he could take a pretty big dip in effectiveness. strouds not super mobile either so that was mostly in response to the ‘look at what the bills are doing’ part lol
  5. People are downplaying potentially no flowers but I think that makes things a bit easier to go heavy and will likely be the excuse used if we win 😂
  6. Seemed like we tried morrow for awhile and we were like NEVERMIND haha. I’d have to rewatch to know what was truly a 3 lb set but morrow got 16 snaps apparently which is more than I thought
  7. Probably isn’t super rational but this is pretty much exactly what the lead up to the last ravens bills playoff game was like so it’s comforting in a way 😂
  8. Could be wishful thinking but I get the vibe that the bills defense accidentally hid a lot by being really cautious with injuries/keeping guys healthy for the playoffs. The rams torched a healthy lineup but Milano was so rusty in that one…I think he would’ve gotten benched for Williams if that was a playoff scenario. Think he was only in there to get him up to speed for this very game
  9. Vons low snap count during the regular season seems like a load management thing…feels like the bills did a lot of that this year let’s hope it pays off. I don’t think epenesa will see the field much
  10. It’s easy for me to say from my couch but it’s crazy how guys just quit in an nfl playoff game lol. The entire Steelers team looked like they gave up before halftime. contrast that with the packers who were flying all over the place even when their offense was sh*tting the bed
  11. If Baltimore can hold up in man they’ll win if not they’ll lose. That’s the whole game for me
  12. I don’t think people really view playoff games against hof QBs entirely correctly…it really is a team effort that’s all about who can get 1 to 2 more stops and/or force a huge turnover to give the offense a shot then the offense delivering…people get hung up on the total points allowed way too much. I’d argue that mash unit with aj klein did that forcing the fumble through the end zone and gave the offense a shot to win it last year and the whole team came up short. Singling out the defense in that particular game is just bizarre to me when anyone really could’ve made one play to win the game. even the bengals game people are being really hyperbolic about making it sound like the bengals dropped 60 on us lol. Cincy had 17 points in the mid third then went up two scores late third and the bills offense followed that up with their third 3 and out of the game 13 seconds was absolutely a full defensive failure 100% but a couple other games are getting a bit twisted to fit a narrative imo.
  13. Idk how clear that is…I think it’s a nod to how we all overreact to each individual game and we just straight up reject the games that counteract the points we’re trying to make personally. I don’t want to put words in his mouth though lol
  14. This was a super obvious one 😂. It is hard to tell at times though. The last sentence was something like ‘how dare mcd give up 7 points’ in the op haha I think anyone that read the whole op and didn’t just jump in based on the title would’ve known
  15. If zay doesn’t play it lets you throw more resources at slowing down those two guys. Just because they’d rather throw to Andrews/likely doesn’t mean losing zay doesn’t hurt
  16. Haha I like how every time nix is brought up on here the word rookie is tacked on in a negative context to imply he’s some rock for brains idiot 😂 the dude had a good year and is probably runner up for rookie of the year nix was probably the only one that played well for Denver
  17. I have not seen a single person claim we’d hold the bengals to 7 points lol. They likely would’ve scored a lot more and given up more. I just don’t think the bengals are far better of a football team overall than the broncos like you were insinuating but their strengths are in different places. Y’all are afraid of the 2022 bengals still and applying it to the 2024 bengals.
  18. One of the best RBs of all time and a great oline most of his time there though…I think he’s a bit overrated imo. Pretty neutral hire…high floor but lower ceiling. Definitely an upgrade to mayo instantly obviously With a young qb I probably would’ve tried to bring in a Ben Johnson type idk how well versed vrabel is in developing a passing game. Not sure who he’s gonna bring in at OC though. The more interesting retread head coach OCs all have jobs still it looks like
  19. I mean this broncos team took that bengals team to OT very recently to be fair lol it’s wild to see the broncos hyped up all week around here about how it’ll be close and their defense is way better than cincy yada yada now everyone has completely changed their story 😂
  20. I feel like it’s usually towards the end of the night game
  21. No shakir early on in the year when we were still feeling things out was pretty devastating imo…I really do expect the bills to win this one. If it was on the road I’d be more pessimistic
  22. Kind of works out in our favor that we were missing a bunch of important players on both sides…really couldn’t show them much
  23. The broncos offense has been pretty hot down the stretch and that was a great defensive performance today with Milano looking like he’s knocked the rust off. It was a good sign for next week. Milano was out last time along with a pretty long list of important defensive players
  24. Ehh Denver came on pretty strong as the season went on offensively. I don’t think that’s a particularly clean comparison. you can think Baltimore will win I got no issue with that but the negative posters are sleeping on the bills blowing out the broncos quite a bit imo. They finished 6th in DVOA it wasn’t like we blew out some slouch
  25. Today was so funny because the negative GDT posters were praising the broncos for taking away the deep shots and forcing us to play small ball in the first half haha
