He tried something new this year by sucking week 1 rather than starting out really hot like last year 😂

I think the book on Tua is that he is a great QB when he throws to his primary read. Once he comes off that read, however, he's a below average QB.
Most qbs are great when they only ever need to throw to their first read in the middle of the field to be fair lol so I find it hard to associate the word ‘great’ with him at all even in that context

3 of those picks were arm punts that didn’t really hurt us strategically too…not sure the powers that be would ever factor that in though lol

Mike McDaniels a genius. Took a team with 10 wins and won 9.
That sequence where he challenged the spot of the ball on a ball crossing the out of bounds line and then decided to throw on 4th and 1 with the dolphins sketchy pass blocking was hall of fame level bad coaching

Probably the worst O-line in Bills history after they lost Wood & Incognito from 2017. Almost certainly the worst WRs in Bills history. Rookie Josh Allen made Robert Foster look like a future star. I saw the real future star in Josh Allen-winning half the games he started & finished, willing the team which should have won 2-3 games to 5 victories as the starter. The knocks against him came from 2 sources: 1) The stat boys who never saw him play & relied on what he looked like on paper & 2) The people who hated the fact that the Bills management thought they were smarter than them & had the audacity to pick Josh Allen over Josh Rosen.
It really was the worst roster in decades…the 4-12 team was better than that one on paper.
josh doing ridiculous things was literally the entire team lol -

I’m enjoying this thread
Their whole team is a fraud…how are you gonna have a guard playing center that can’t snap the football and build an oline around always injured Terron armstead without picking up any decent depth.
They’re a little better than they have been in the past because they went absolutely all in/win now but they’re still underperforming based on all the resources they had to spend in recent years. Tyreek is gonna start to decline fairly soon and they’re gonna have to pay waddle/tua if they want to keep them around. Dolphins window closed before it even opened
they’re really not much better than the Flores days despite Flores getting the boot with a ton of future picks he could’ve made.

Remember when Mac Jones had "numbers similar to Josh Allen after his first two years"?
Good times.
Why does no one in the national media ever account for the fact that the 2018 bills roster was absolutely top to bottom miserable lol
josh being a Charles clay drop/play he could’ve made depending on who you ask away from being 6-5 with those bums is as impressive as anything he’s done. Obviously he improved but he wasn’t like an absolute moron that had no idea how to play football his rookie year which seems to be how it’s presented 😂

Again the concern crew gets proved to be frauds again. Are we able to enjoy this win or are there going to be thread after thread of bs again. This team is good, very very good so for those of you who arent complete a holes enjoy this win!!!!
I can’t even fathom how Miami gets so hyped up after beating a couple bottom feeders every year. They’ve got a guard playing center that can’t snap the football, an insanely injury prone tackle with no depth behind him really, a qb that can’t improvise or go through progressions when his first read is taken away that doesn’t really have the arm strength to use the sidelines, no coverage linebackers, and meh corners until Ramsey comes back. A good team is going to beat them 8 out of 10 times
theyre at their ceiling of exciting offense that will be a wildcard contender and never much more than that despite being completely win now/all in from a front office perspective

I hate the Tre injury, and it sounds bad. I feel terrible for him especially.
But we should have won the SB the year we lost him before. And we have even better CB depth now. We'll be okay no matter what (but here's hoping the worst isn't true for Tre).
Corner is probably the area where I’d absolutely trust mcdermott to get it done with whoever he’s got. That von miller injury last year though was devastating

Can say the same about the Bills
Josh’s oline is not getting eviscerated every play

Eat ***** Tua.
Man if his first read isn’t open right away he is considerably below average. Seems like a pretty athletic dude but he can’t keep his eyes downfield for nothin

Kinda wish Josh ran and slid on that one
I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt for not risking taking a big hit up a ton

Can't let up now. I am glad the Tua talk has calmed down from commentary.
He’s really not that good like I don’t understand it 😂. He’s just throwing the ball to his first read in the middle of the field 75% of the time and the 25% of the time where that doesn’t work he looks like garbage. I am praying the dolphins sign him to a big contract
theres guys in the league who could step in and make that Miami offense unstoppable

That White play looked so innocuous.
Looked like a blown out Achilles to me but I am far from a doctor lol

Could be an Achilles and not a knee…idk how much better that is though…uggh

Looks like we lost tre for the year again ugggh

Absolute clown sequence by supposed genius head coach Mike McDaniel
-
In before dolphins fans use their always injured OT getting injured as an excuse for losing this game
-
So their oline is built around a guard that can’t snap the ball playing center and a tackle that misses 8 games a season. I just don’t understand how the dolphins get talked up that much every year

This was ugly. FG's are not going to cut it.
Kept the clock running on the 2nd and 3rd down plays…a lot smarter than risking throwing incomplete passes there

Got lucky that was underthrown
Kind of tuas MO lol not sure how much luck is involved there.

I was posting in the 1st half thread like an idiot…how the heck was that play where tua threw the ball instantly to no one not grounding?
-
That’s not grounding?
2023 MVP: Lamar will win it with 15 fewer TDs than Josh Allen (end of season talk pg 75+)

Three of his picks weren’t even really that bad strategically they were just takin a deep shot that worked out to be a punt. (One was on second and long though) …the final int/fumble of the jets game were pretty devastating though.
