    I won't argue that point. But we need a QB HC partnership. I can't really think of a great QB whose HC basically took zero responsibiltiy for the offense. Daboll is gone. Bringing in another guy who succeeds and leaves isn't really the best long term game plan. Needs to be the top guy who can succeed, and who will stay.

    Head coaches should not get three shots at getting the right OC. Time to bring in a head coach that will take responsibility for the offense and optimizing Josh Allen. Maybe he will fail, but at least we would have that accountabilty.

    Compare this effort to the heart the Jets have shown, after losing Aaron Rodgers for the season. McDermott is arguably the fourth best coach in the AFC East.
