Higgins wore cleats supporting the Axe ALS foundation during the NFL’s “My Cause, My Cleats” initiative. Bills fans did their research, launched a GoFundMe and have already raised over $6,500 for his cause.

That wouldn't be good. If that happened, then they could really challenge the Bills for the division.
-
Now that they know he is going be OK, I think the opposite will happen. The atmosphere in the stadium will be off the charts insane. Players will be extremely fired up and they will want to get a win for Damar.

LOL, LOL, LOL (1) J. Gray on Twitter: "The Jets haven’t had a QB reach 10 TD passes in 3 straight seasons. Extremely pathetic" / Twitter

Hopefully the Raiders can do us a favor on Saturday. I do think they have a shot at pulling off an upset.

Losing this game is not an option. Hope the Jets beat the Dolphins and the Steelers beat the Browns. That way the Dolphins and Patriots join the Jets on missing the playoffs.

Loved the show Taxi. Both he as Latka and Christopher Lloyd as Jim Ignatowski were hysterical. Two of the most iconic characters on TV. The whole cast was great.

A little? I think they come out super charged up on Sunday. Crowd will be insanely loud. I know the saying "Any Given Sunday" but the Bills aren't losing. They are going to play for Damar and losing isn't an option.

How great would it be if Damar or his parents leave a message on the jumbotron. How fired up would the crowd and team be. Going to be a very tough game for NE to win.

You are probably right. This isn't a normal football injury as it is/was life threatening. Hopefully he is continuing to improve and get better. It's pretty obvious that his season is over. Hopefully his career isn't but that is a discussion for another time.

Newer isn't always better. Take washing machines as an example. They break down more easily with their electronics dashboard. Things go out of wack and you are lucky if you can get 5 years out of them. The washing machines from the 80's and 90's were so much better and they lasted much longer as well.

They won't do that. What they will probably do (and I bet every team does it) is wear a #3 patch on their helmets.

Depends on the news on Damar. If it's known, he is going to make a full recovery then I think the fans will be fired up. If it's still unknown, then it will be subdued. I don't know the recovery timetable on something like this and it probably wouldn't happen this Sunday. If Darmar makes a full recovery, then could you imagine what the atmosphere would be like say for a Bills home playoff game if he can leave a message on the jumbotron telling everyone he is fine and for the Bills to go win the Super Bowl. The place would go absolutely bonkers. Whoever the Bills are playing that day might as well leave. They would have 0% chance to win the game.

If we keep it football related, then Daboll should win. To get 9 wins and a WC with that team is remarkable. They do have some talent on defense, but they suffered injuries on that side of the ball. On offense it's basically Barkley and nothing else.
