The Lions defense made the Vikings look silly in the last game of the year for the 1 seed. Despite all their injuries. The Lions season ended because Goff was a disaster. I think their real plan is to let Stafford talk to other teams regarding contract so he will accept a lower offer. I doubt he’s traded. This is not dissimilar than Lamar negotiating with other teams for his contract years back. Rams have told Stafford and his reps, “if you want more money than what we are offering, see what other teams will give it to you.” Imo
