  1. Hijack? It was an example of the Bills drafting a player who had a “good” rookie season all things considered, but his peers who played the same position and were drafted later than them had “great” rookie seasons and greater careers. I’m not sure how that’s cherry picking unless you’re willfully missing the point. You seem kinda overly hostile to have any kind of meaningful discussion here anyway. Adios.
  2. I’m comparing WR’s to WR’s. I think you missed the point a bit here.
  3. What does “doing a Super Bowl window right” mean to you?
  4. I don’t think Al has it in him to call night games. He’s reached the age where travel + staying up late means he’s done with the game at 10 pm and there’s still an hr or two plus to go. Even the last TNF game, he sounded like he just wanted to get off the air and go to bed.
  5. They are a prime example of players at the same position having better seasons as rookies AND better careers taken after the Bills pick. I think you can understand the parallel I’m drawing there.
  6. Our SB window is kinda like right now, so yeah, instant gratification would be better. I don’t want Kincaid to blossom when Josh is 32. I’m still waiting for the Elam blossom.
  7. Nah. I want the best players. We had this with Sammy Watkins. He had a “really good season too.” He wasn’t Mike Evans or OBJ. And ended up not being close.
  8. Nothing was worse than Al and Dungy last year in the playoffs during the Jags comeback. Not surprising that performance ended his postseason career. They were like CSPAN commentators.
  9. Just once, I would like our player to be having a crazy awesome season, not be the “also ran” to another players’ crazy awesome season
  10. They’ve been saying that for years, and still no Super Bowl lol
  11. Yeah, they exist. Sometimes the high scoring games are just embarrassing defense.
  12. It’s been a great game actually.
  13. I kinda give the Bills a break with Kincaid’s usage at this point because we know Dorsey is awful and it’s not easy for Brady to add/change things in the middle of the season. I just find it odd that he’s fallen off so much. Of course, he probably has 8 catches for 140 and a TD tomorrow now.
  14. He has 4 targets for 1 catch in the last two weeks. Even in the week before, he had 8 targets for 5 catches for 21 yards. He hasn’t eclipsed 50 yards receiving since the Denver game. What’s going on? Is he hitting a wall, while LaPorta breaks records? Did Knox push him out of the lineup? Was he a Dorsey guy? Has he been hanging out with Elam? What say you, and can we expect some first round production as we gear up for the postseason?
  15. Games where Josh Allen and the offense failed to score more than 10 points through 3 quarters: 4 total 1-3 in those games Games where Lamar Jackson and the offense failed to score more than 10 points through 3 quarters: 2 total 1-1 in those games MVP
  16. The 12th ranked defense is in the aggregate of the season, so yeah they are the 12th ranked defense. You guys should watch other teams, when the offense goes to sleep for 3 quarters, a lot of teams are losing by double digits, not by 4.
  17. Did you not watch Flacco scrambling throwing across his body? He looked like a 50 year old Josh Allen I think we could lose to Miami week 18, and lose to Miami in the playoffs, and id still not worry about Miami lol
  18. In the immortal words of @HappyDays, you take the good with the bad!
  19. This has really never been more true. Folks out here acting like the 12th ranked defense by DVOA and the 4th ranked OL by PFF is Josh Allen dragging the the 0-16 Lions to the playoffs. If you truly think the Bills are absolutely awful and their defense sucks and their weapons suck and their OL sucks and their coach sucks, and are only a competitive football by the grace of Joshua Patrick Allen, I guess I understand why it’s so fervently argued he’s the MVP. I think that’s a mostly emotional argument.
  20. Nah, the play is right here. one guy engages the OL, but doesn’t go all out because he’s also acting as spy. They rushed six.
  21. They sent 6. Not many OL out there that can block 6 with 5 consistently.
  22. Imagine telling someone to watch the games, talking about that specific play, and not mentioning the referee AT ALL. I know, would make you kind of question the source, right?
  23. Oh, NOW it’s “take the good with the bad.” I thought he didn’t make those poor decisions anymore? He had a low sack percentage! Clearly, that meant he didn’t. Oh no, he still does, I guess. So take the good with the bad. got it, lmao.
