  1. Of course, the guy who should be starting for the Bills against the Jets is... Brett Fav...ruh.
  2. My guess is no, unless he's wearing gloves - too cold, too snowy. Trent doesn't like cold and snowy. In fact, Jauron doesn't like to practice in cold and snow, so the whole team probably has the day off.
  3. Dick Jauron will be Head Coach of the Bills next season. Period. Incontrovertible statement of fact. Hic finis est. (There...I just took care of the Jauron problem. )
  4. Marv will probably be our next coach.
  5. Is that 'cause Haslett started all the rumours about Hull and others using steroids?
  6. Now that the Bills are out? Who gives a phuk?
  7. Trust me, friend - it's the exact same 'excuse' you're gonna be using for Trent very shortly.
  8. On loan to our good friends and northern neighbours this Pearl Harbour Day, our Buffalo Bills will dominate the dolphags, eh? Bombs away, JP... BuffTown Bills 34 FopTown Flippers 0 14 and 6 baby!!! GO BILLSSS!!!! PosLUSZny!!!!!
  9. Trent's career is over. Too much of a fragile pussee, can't handle cold, and certainly won't be able to handle being jerked around as well as JP can. In the meantime... Look for JP to throw for 300 yards and 2 TDs today, as he leads the Bills march toward February 1, 2009 in Tampa... BuffTown Bills 34 FopTown Flippers 0 14 and 6 baby!!! GO BILLSSS!!!! PosLUSZny!!!!!
  10. Look for JP to throw for 300 yards and 2 TDs as he leads the Bills march toward February 1, 2009 in Tampa... BuffTown Bills 34 FopTown Flippers 0 14 and 6 baby!!! GO BILLSSS!!!! PosLUSZny!!!!!
  11. List of reasons? As Fr. Merrin said to Fr. Karras in The Exorcist, "There is only one..." (We will score more points than them.) This Sunday in Toronto, the revolving QB door spins once again, as JP Losman exorcises the Bills demons... BuffTown Bills 34 FopTown Flippers 0 14 and 6 baby!!! GO BILLSSS!!!! PosLUSZny!!!!!
  12. Spoken like a true JP fanboy! Sure JP might be good at all those things, but Trent is already showing signs that he's even better at them. Trent can drill the ball into the ground 5 yards in front of a wide open receiver better than JP can, and oh boy, he can sure dance around like an ignorant squirrel before hopelessly unloading the ball out of bounds or right into the waiting, outstretched arms of an opposing D-back! And just think - Trent's only in his SOPHOMORE season!!!
  13. Well heck yeah, if that's what it takes. It needs to be a completely level playing field. We need to give this kid every disadvantage JP had - it's the only fair thing to do for Trent. Otherwise, how will he - or we - know if he's really any better than JP, or if the Trent-backers are just a bunch of Fanboys??
  14. Exactly. IF Trent is truly the better QB, he needs to prove that he can handle being totally mismanaged, and succeed despite poor coaching and play calling. We already know we can provide him with the same poor coaching and play calling as JP, so since he already has the benefit of a much better O-line than JP had, we need to start yanking him out of the starting QB position every other game, then put him back in, then yank him again at the first sign of bad play, and keep doing this repeatedly. We need to know if he can handle that, or if he's just another JP. It's really the only way to find out if he's got what it takes to make it in this league, and with this team. If we don't do it, we'll never know if he's any better than JP.
  15. I get it - crumpets look like English Muffins, strumpets look more like SF trannies.
  16. But the thing to do is to keep yanking Trent out - that way we find out if he handles it better than JP. If he can't handle being yanked in and out repeatedly any better than JP could, then what's the point of him starting? We need to yank him, then start him, yank him, start him, etc. It's the only way to find out if he'll make a better starter than JP, or if he's no different.
  17. Not really - Crayonz would point out that TE's a Nancy-Boy, a glove-wearing Mary. He would be right - TE's played one complete season w/out injury since High School (his junior year at Stanford). We can screw with Trent's head the same way we did with JP's, and he'll turn out exactly the same as JP - only with a much weaker arm.
  18. This has been discussed already, no? Lynch will play. Link
  19. I think we need to yank Edwards, then start him, then yank him, then start him, etc., etc., just like they did with JP. Do what they did with Losman - make him play for his job every week. It's the only way we're gonna know if Trent's any different than JP, or exactly the same.
  20. So basically just another Rosanne Rosannadanna thread, I guess... A spurious, unsupported suggestion that Lynch is hurt and won't play, followed by 2 pages of 'OH NO, THE SKY IS FALLING!!!' gloom and doom, only to end with... "Oh....never mind." Look for the 'injured' Lynch to run for 200 yards Sunday, and throw a TD pass to boot... BuffTown Bills 34 FopTown Flippers 0 14 and 6 baby!!! GO BILLSSS!!!! PosLUSZny!!!!!
  21. Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Nothing's over until we say it's over.... GO BILLSSS!!!! 14 and 6 baby!!!!!
  22. Nice gesture, or vacant-minded suggestion from a marketing 101 textbook? Autodialers are an insulting, impersonal waste of my way-too-limited free time. Don't have an autodialer call me and tell me to have a nice holiday. In fact, don't tell me what to do at all - I'll have whatever kind of holiday I want. As for Da Billsss, I do buy your product, so here's a holiday greeting from me - why don't you guys just do your !@#$ing jobs a win a !@#$ing game for a goddamned change?
  23. And that's what you call "meeting with Schobel and Whitner?" Don't worry, you'll have about 2 seconds to ask them all the questions you want before you're ushered aside for the next fan.

  25. Well lets see... There's the Ralph C. Wilson School of Education at St. John Fisher, his philanthropic work with the United Way, Buffalo Hospice, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, and countless other donations and endeavors that we don't hear about. Yeah, I know, it'd be nice to see him spend some of that money on a decent head coach, but Ralph has done plenty - he's just done it more quietly than Golisano.
