Yeah, I didn't even know it was today until I started monkeying around in this thread. My plan to take the dog snowshoeing all afternoon remains unchanged.

I checked with the Frau and she prefers I remain at home for dinner this evening. To that end, I am currently thawing a roast with my orbital bone.

No argument there, I just think it might not have come down to coaching and adjustments if the Bills had a Von Miller running around out there in the 4th qrtr. As for weapons, I think Allen can turn a sow's ear into a silk purse and I'd prefer them to focus on protecting him rather than going with pricey overkill at the skill positions.

I don't think it's so much an issue of “D wins championships” as it is an issue that a lack of D can lose you championships. A single sack in the 4th qrtr could have changed the outcome of that game. I don't have an issue with the Bills bolstering their offense by making improvements on the OLine, but I think adding a dominant pass-rushing DE could be equally effective.

Is that what the kids call it these days?

This is a family board, sir!

Back in the early 90's I was living in Buffalo next to this crazy lady who was always trying to get me to come over. I finally agreed to come over and "watch the Pro Bowl" with her and things went as you'd expect. We were on the couch, doing what guys and gals do, when some crazy dude in a German military visor barged in with a bunch of beer, tore of his clothes and then tried to join in! Needless to say I got the hell out of there and moved away the next week. I don't know what ever happened to those lunatics but the whole thing sort of ruined the Pro Bowl for me.....

That was a Steve Nash quality assist.

Wait, how long have you been married?

I'd think that coaching Josh Allen would make you fairly confident you were going to get that security deposit back.

You know they're about to spend some draft resources on the OLine as well, which should also be an intriguing opportunity for Munchak or anybody else.

OK yeah, that's pretty dumb. Unless McDermott was planning on personally taking Daboll to the bus station if nobody hired him.

More so than misleading, I think the title is backwards.

nuh-uh!!! If you're going to try and make me eat fruit, there damned well better be some rum involved.

I am a cereal junkie. I don't drink coffee but I've got to get my sugar every morning. I've even progressed into cereal alchemy where I routinely experiment with mixing various cereals together for varying flavors. I may need professional help..... 1) A base of Frosted Flakes with a thick layer of Fruity Pebbles on top; easy on the milk. 2) Lucky Charms 50/50 with Froot Loops w/ marshmallows 3) Super Sugar Crisp (but only with the bear; the one with the frog on the box is awful) 4) Honeycomb 50/50 with Sugar Corn Pops 5) 2/3 Rice Krispy Treats with 1/3 Cocoa Pebbles

Don't be surprised if Josh Allen has a bumpy 2022
Simon replied to beebe's topic in The Stadium Wall
He's already been through that phase. Teams generally abandoned man coverages last year and this year went to multiple high safety looks to take advantage of his tendency to read deep to shallow. It took some time for him to find the patience you refer to, but find it he did. He started reading shallow to deep, sped up his decision making process and generally started dissecting defenses on a regular basis. Whne they got flustered and started showing him singe high coverage he was on it within a play or two and made them pay that way as well. That bumpy stretch you're anticipating happened about 2 months ago.- 178 replies

If I was in those guys' shoes, I'm not sure I would consider the opportunity to meet and talk to people that I would have never otherwise had as being "used".

Or please, don't.

It seems so simple and obvious. Yet somehow, some drone in the league's front office was watching TMZ and decided that more officiating drama would make better football. And a bunch of other dorks listened to him.
