  1. It doesn't really fall apart unless you think 100% of the games played should result in exactly what was supposed to happen.
  2. The thought of Brady with James, Wayne, Harrison, Dallas Clark... they probably would have won more.
  3. So the Tom Brady led Colts lose to the Manning led Patriots?
  4. Mahomes has played like an all timer in the Divisional and Championship round. Allen has played like a Hall of Famer. A big difference exists between the level of play for an all timer and a hall of famer. An all timer would score a TD on the final drive we had vs KC. A Hall of Famer may or may not. A all timer would get the ball in OT and close the door. Josh has never won a game in OT (and he has had the ball in OT in the playoffs). An all timer can't be shut down no matter the lead, Mahomes has more playoff comebacks of 7 points or greater in last years Super Bowl than Buffalo has in every year Josh has been QB. Again, to say that is not him being an all timer so we can try and prop Allen up more is just not the case. But keep rocking that narrative. It's what sells on these boards.
  5. It doesn't mean it was ever accurate.
  6. Easier to see now after our 3 regular season games vs the Cardinals, Dolphins, and Jaguars. Come on. No wonder this fan base always jumps off a bridge at the end of the year. They forget everything that's ever happened after somebody calls them pretty 3 weeks in.
  7. Agree to disagree here. Not worth going 20 rounds.
  8. So no difference in your mind between Peyton Manning and Tom Brady? How about Joe Montana and Dan Marino? Mahomes is currently in "best of all time" discussion. Josh is in hall of fame discussion. The difference, in my opinion, doesn't fit neatly into your argument.
  9. I saw him make the effort but he dropped the jersey.
  10. I mean, this is based on no actual evidence. While things like full season QBR are highly correlated with a teams winning % void of any other data.
  11. Buffalo looking like Super Bowl champions. KC looking like they barely belong. Allen playing better than Mahomes. It’s not new. Mad respect for how we are playing, but these comments are just silly. To not acknowledge being in this exact situation before. Perhaps even multiple times. If the first 3 weeks of the 2024 season are enough to make these statements then it’s hard to take seriously. I guess if this crown is for that period of time then sure. It’s Josh’s right now.
  12. Brady has this offense looking like post Tampa Bay in 2021. Lot of similarities as well with the run game and Allen taking what is given to him.
  13. Mostly. I don’t mind watching with Bills fans. But causal observers or non Bills fans, I wouldn’t. They’re distracting.
  14. They support the Padres. Fourth in average attendance this year. I think San Diego can support an NFL team, but the city won’t contribute for a new stadium. It won’t happen without a new stadium. Snap Dragon where San Diego St plays is really nice for a college stadium. I’m pretty sure that was all on the school.
  15. I guess Marty would have been a legend in your eyes
  16. I don’t know how we could look past them after what happened last year
  17. And how that doesn’t haunt us is beyond me. I mean, even just the 50 yarder to beat the Bengals. I don’t think we convert on that
  18. He’s more of a pocket QB. He can move, but sort of like Burrow does. They’re actually similar.
  19. If you think people have to eat crow over McD’s regular season results you haven’t been paying attention. He’s an elite regular season coach. Nobody has ever disputed that. He has historically poor playoff results relative to his regular season success. It’s been talked about all offseason. I will line up for endless refills of crow with a smile on my face if he proves that narrative wrong And you have to get past the divisional round to have a shot at the Super Bowl
  20. Bears defense will finish Top 5, they were dominant the last 8 games in 2023. Houston just has a really talented offense. Always on schedule.
  21. I mean, from a pure football perspective how can you grow your team if you have a ticking time bomb at QB? And it's not like Tua is so talented that it makes sense to continue to try and build your team around him. I mean just this offseason Bills fan practically sang from the roof top with the extension. It's been guaranteed mediocrity to date. Now, under even the best situation possible, you have to basically hold your breath every week. Not sure that is fair to his teammates or the Dolphins. If I was Miami, I would take the option away from him and I think in doing so you would be doing the best thing for the team as well as the player. No good path exists from Miami trying to make this work, or really, any NFL team. Move on. It's best for all involved.
  22. Same. I usually go light at RB early, WR heavy, then target elite RB handcuffs late. I don't need depth WR's at that point. It's a strategy that has really worked for me. I either get some great starts from the handcuffs or I'm able to trade from my vault of WR's for a decent RB. I picked up Mason, Davis, Corum. Then made a play on Mostert and Wright in case Achane went down. It sucks having these guys eat up depth, but it positions you to win your league with an injury or two.
  23. What is always interesting about Von is how he sets up lineman for later in the game. It's almost like he holds his 2-3 best rushes for pivotal moments. He has a great gasp of situational football. I was bullish on him returning to be an impact player this year and I'm super excited for his redemption tour. I just couldn't see him going out with those domestic issues and that performance. He's a legacy type player. Changing the narrative is important to him.
  24. Congrats on the new perspective
  25. I have two working pecs so maybe I am..... Too soon?
