  1. I doubt there's that much "uncensored" left in those guys. I like VH a lot, but I doubt their still "rippin' it up" after shows and whatnot, especially now that most of their groupies also qualify as soccer moms. -Jeff
  2. Someone give us a blurb? I don't get WGRZ in Georgia. =)
  3. Yeah, that's what 21 year olds are for.
  4. I'm ~50 miles north of Atlanta and I've been getting steady flurries/showers all morning. It just recently stopped. It ain't sticking worth a stojan, but it reminds me of h... oh wait, it's snowing again now! Every day I make it a point to empty an entire can of hair spray into the air. Hoping behind hope that I single handedly change the weather patterns and introduce a Buffalo-esque winter into the South.
  5. Ok, how many times do I have to tell you guys? It's all at images.google.com, some select samples: http://www.ifsmagazine.com/archive/photo/2004/cohen.html http://www.sports-wired.com/women/Sasha_Cohen.html My personal favorite being this one: http://www.sports-wired.com/women/showPhoto.asp?ID=841 Enjoy! Edit: The cornucopia of links at the bottom of the page should keep you busy until mid-wednesday.
  6. The Thrashers guys are a joke. I was listening to the Thrashers/Sens game on the way home from work a couple days ago hoping for a Sens loss, and the exchange went something like... "WOW What a hit. When he woke up, he said his name in French." "They do speak a bit of french around here, so that would be alright, right?" "Yeah, I guess so."
  7. To be fair, when you critique anyone of celebrity status, no matter how small, you compare them to others of celebrity status. Run into one of these girls in a bar, you'll want to take her home. Judge her pictures on the 'net? You'll compare her to our famous "Jessicas."
  8. What changed about them when they went mainstream that moved them from the "good" column to the "no good" column? I've heard this argument before, and honestly, the only differences I notice when most bands "go mainstream" is the improvement in recording quality. (Really, I'm just wondering!) -Jeff
  9. Mine wouldn't agree either, but I don't think the original comment was geared towards angry spouses!
  10. You know, I've thought about that before and I disagree. I think the majority of us on the board are probably "normal", for lack of a better word. We're mostly a bunch of folks that have moved out of town for better employment (more money) and miss our home town.
  11. One holy hell of a lot better than Ms. Spears' latest collection of Casio-induced crapolal no? Would you rather it be Ashlee Simpson?
  12. We're just going to have to disagree on this one. When I see "just lost their pensions", my first thought is "why the hell are they trusting their retirement to their company?" Union discussion is right up there with abortion and religion in my experience. -Jeff
  13. Aspire to be that management and don't be satisfied as "the little guy." Put in the late hours, the weekends, the long nights. Consciously position yourself into a job where you have growth opportunity. I know this sounds like a self-motivation rant, but everyone has the same opportunity to be that rich ass boss. I mean no disrespect to your line of work, but I fully believe bargaining should be at the individual level.
  14. It's combined w/ my vacation days. I get four weeks of vacation a year (after 8 years with the company).
  15. You'll never believe it. Montreal knocked the puck *into* our net....
  16. Dude, http://www.nhl.com/radio/index.html. NHL streams free.... pick your announcer team.
  17. It feels like they just do whatever the hell they want.
  18. I'm sure there is, otherwise they wouldn't be doing it. Germans aren't that up tight about that type of thing anyways.
  19. Ashlee Simpson comes to mind, at least her sister is fun to look at.
  20. That, or "looking very close." Clearly not anything else.
  21. http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=41342 Yup, agreed.
  22. I said the same thing to my wife. It's like they tried to add "soul" or something being in Detroit. It wasn't even recognizable with the exception of the lyrics.
