I've got three of the stupid things. Got 'em at an Exchange for Service Providers seminar a couple years ago. They're 16MB (or at least, they were). While in the seminar, I used my Macintosh laptop to make a 3-disk software RAID 5 volume with the USB keys, at it worked. Even the MS guys were impressed at that.

Yeah, like he said, stupid easy if all you want is to password protect it. If you step in a pile of IIS, it's just getting the right "right click->properties->permissions" combination. If you want to SSL it, you can also do that for free if you don't care about "This certificate is not from a valid..." errors every time you get a visitor. Any of the bargain hosts will work.

Yeah same here. I want them to win the whole thing this year (like every hear), but I keep waiting for Miller and Biron to run into each other jogging and break four legs and a rib. Or.... more appropriate... for them to just start sucking for no apparent reason. Or, for Brett Hull to score a goal that's not really a goal in doub... On a not so related note, I've got luxury suite tix for the Islanders/Thrashers tomorrow at Phillips arena. I guess that's what happens when you buy 600k worth of disk drives =)

Got 'em here in GA. Had one trot out and run up under my stand while I was deer hunting last Winter. Didn't even see me. I was downwind, too. Probably about 15 feet away. He turned around and went back the way he came. Property owner gave me a bunch of stojan over not offing the thing, but it wasn't hurthing anything... They're right up near camp quite a bit too. Fire keeps 'em away I think. They're not as bad for the land as the wild hogs are. Those pests tear everything up. -Jeff

Great. Gotta love idiots flying down the road without a thought for those around them. Hit a rock and take out a family of four on the way to the park. I call the cops every time a jerk on one of those crotch rockets flies past me. Every now and then, I actually *do* see them pulled over a few miles down the road.

While I do think the lot of 'em are poking into the Internet a bit too much, I don't put too much stock in this. Personal political views aside, this Mr. Whitney clearly has a bit of bias driving him (http://www.selvesandothers.org/view73.html). He was a hell of a player for a *long* time. I hate to see him go. It's even more difficult because Meathead was probably the catalyst.
