I think they’ve gotten a lot out of Tua, I’m not sold on him, but he benefits from Waddle and Hill. Tua vs Mahomes is the difference between those teams in the red zone.

His players like him, and that’s what matters, not guys opinions on the internet. I understand not liking him as the coach of the Fish, but he’s been a good fit for them. I’m not sure how people can argue against that.
Receivers are generally under valued in today’s QB crazed NFL. They aren’t given enough credit for their role in the success of the QB. Look what Jefferson has done for Cousins In Minnesota.
The crowd isn’t much better. I’m sure weather and the Bears failures reduce attendance, but that stadium never seems raucous. The stands seem a million miles from the field too.
