  1. Agree. 32, 34, 78, 12, and 83 should be retired 17 will be retired in the future Our defensive HC thought this guy could play? The same way he thought Peterman could play. I understand they rarely play 4-3 but this guy should be cut today and find a street FA to sign to PS.
  2. Agree! Except I would give MVS more snaps. He's gotten open and Josh has missed him. He's probably the only deep threat on the team. I'd be happy if Hollins was never on the field and Coleman got all his snaps.
  3. McD and his stupid rotations. Does Cook look like he is being overused or need to come out??? No. The most maddening thing is when the offenses starts a new drive and they have a backup in there. Why? Cook should only come out when he wants to.
  4. Agreed. Ed has always been an up and down guy. To be fair where has Rousseau been since his 3 sack game to start the year?? Henry ran right past him as he was blocked by the RT on the 87 yard TD.
  5. They hate him in Cleveland now after multiple drops thsi year. Go get him!!
  6. What does that have to do with out WR group? I didn't say they couldn't win. Chiefs are 4-0 and their WR group is bad too.
  7. Lol. Perfection is unattainable and my OP does not suggest I am seeking that And yes I am an unabashed McDermott critic I will give McDermott some props on his ability to get the team to rebound. He's had maybe 5 or 6 games were the defense is brutalized. He usually gets the team to respond. It's probably his best attribute. And I said this in a couple other places, there are few if any teams in the AFC or the NFL for that matter that are that physical and can run that effectively.
  8. Memory is fine. Please also remember the two 80+ yard bombs Allen missed to a wife open Diggs in those games as well. And that production you described would still be better than any WR on the roster right now by far. Beane made the team worse by getting rid of Diggs because McD and/or Allen couldn't play with him any longer. It's the worst group of WR since 2018. Said it before training camp and it's still true
  9. These are all fair and rationale points. Will be interesting to revisit this in a few weeks and see what if any adjustments Brady makes
  10. This is true. But name me another team in the AFC that can play that brand of football? Jets don't have the Oline Colts don't have the QB Chargers don't have the RB Quoting Marv Levy after he got outclassed by Parcells will not assuage those of us that think our HC gets outclassed every year.
  11. Many of us have been saying it since they traded Diggs. And I don't think people were praising the WR group the first three weeks. Most were praising Brady
  12. Impossible to tell from what we saw on TV. Yes it was Coleman downfield but he had two guys near him. Maybe he was about to blow past them.
  13. Bright spot ... McDermott to his credit when he gets thrashed usually adjusts and doesn't let it become a multigame skid. Another bright spot, is I can't think of another team in the AFC that can run the ball like that. Pittsburgh would like to but they can't. Same with the Chargers.
  14. That's fair. Then you would probably agree the Bills #1 scoring offense was a mirage as well given it was only 3 games?
  15. He caught two back shoulder perfect passes. He couldn't and can't seperate. And he dropped a ball which is something that we were all told he is great at. One nice positive, he had great food control on those back shoulder boundary throws. Very nice getting both feet in bounds while shifting his body back to the ball. That was well done.
  16. Not a hot take. Many of us have had ocncernszabout WR group as a hole for a long time Baltimore had the worst pass defense in the league going into that game. It's a good take. Coleman is an inch shorter and 15-20pounds lighter but it's still a good idea. At his height he is going to be able to out jump many CB and Safeties.
  17. Shakir is a very good player but he's not Edleman or Welker. Maybe he could be if he got a higher volume of targets. Samuel is a free agent bust either becuase of injury or just lack of skill. $8M for 6 catches in four games! Hollins has 4 catches in 4 games. On pace for 17 catches which is actually what he has done during most of his career Coleman can't seperate from anyone. People eviscerated Diggs for a playoff game drop that was far more difficult than the pass Coleman dropped tonight. MVS is nonexistent. I mistakenly thought he would be better. Maybe he would if he got some of Hollins' or Samuel's snaps. Diggs has 25 receptions Five Bills WR combined have 40 receptions Someone on here said Allen is smiling on the sideline because Diggs is gone. Didn't see Allen smiling tonight.
  18. How can Beane and McDermott watch anything Trubisky has done and sign him to be backup again???
  19. They are still hitting and tackling hard And Trubisky still sucks
  20. They tried to play 4-3 to stop them but 32 was so bad they had to go back to playing nickel. Too bad Lewis played terribly all game. Regression back to the norm.
  21. I don't know. Seemed like they were in zone most of the night. Not sure it would have mattered
  22. He's on pace to be exaclty what he usually is. 4 catches in 4 games.
  23. McDermott is too stupid to sit Josh.
  24. Shh..you are not allowed to criticize McDermott on this site. Don't you know he ended the drought.
