  1. I agree. The username gives it away.
  2. Your twitter posts say otherwise:
  3. Not that anyone really cares about the pre-season, especially the final game, but here it is. 4. You mean "MVP"??
  5. Fromm was 10/16 for 91 yards, a 5.7 yard average, 1 TD, 0 INT, 1 sack for a 9 yards loss, and a 98.7 passer rating. Not bad. https://www.espn.com/nfl/boxscore/_/gameId/401547655
  6. Also: https://wyrk.com/dalton-kincaid-middle-name/ "Kincaid's middle name is also pretty great. It's a name I don't think I have seen before. Dalton Mosser Kincaid."
  7. Wait...are we talking about this Tomlin?
  8. Brief update on the case: Statement from the Ellsley Law Firm earlier today on Instagram, which represents the estate of Dwayne Haskins, Jr.: https://www.instagram.com/p/CwGhiOgy6x-/ "Former Pittsburgh Steelers Quarterback Dwayne Haskins, Jr. was tragically killed after he was hit by a dump truck on I-595 during the early morning hours of April 9, 2022 in Broward County, Florida. Kalabrya Haskins, as Personal Representative of Dwayne’s Estate has recently reached a combined settlement with the truck driver, the truck owner, and the truck broker. Settlements with various other parties have been previously secured. The case continues to proceed in Broward County Circuit Court against multiple other defendants." Excerpt from ESPN article today: https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/38216390/dwayne-haskins-estate-settles-dump-truck-driver-owner "Haskins, 24, was killed April 9, 2022, while he was walking on a South Florida highway. His family alleges in the lawsuit that the driver of the truck was speeding, driving carelessly and had a cargo load exceeding the legal weight limit. Rick Ellsley, the lawyer for Haskins' family, said in a release that settlements with various other parties have been previously secured. There are still 10 other defendants in the case. A court date has not yet been set, Ellsley said. [...] The lawsuit, filed in Fort Lauderdale, alleges the former Ohio State star was drugged and robbed by a man and three women in the hours before the accident. The family said it happened at a Boca Raton, Florida, hotel, at an upscale golf driving range, a bar and a nightclub. The lawsuit does not give any specifics. Haskins, then with the Pittsburgh Steelers, had been in South Florida for offseason workouts. The suit says the pickup truck Haskins had rented had a mechanical defect that caused it to run out of gas. The family also alleges that the state highway department didn't properly maintain and light the road, or post a lower speed limit while construction work was being done. The family claims a temporary sign blocked visibility on the highway."
  9. "Better group than last year", yet elsewhere you predicted the Bills are a 6-to 9-win team this year:
  10. Well, not super relevant to the thread, but since this thread has evolved into Taylor Swift vs. Josh Allen anyway, Josh is being featured on the NFL UK's twitter ("X") banner: Not sure why they have Trevor Lawrence sprinting in that pic.
  11. The post was deleted.

  13. When was the last time a big-name free agent RB signed with a new team and was still dominant?
  14. Good question. Probably, at least for the first game. Their interest is primarily in Josh, and it's already been announced he wont be playing. So I can't imagine they would watch too keenly. I actually didn't see any Wyoming market listed, not even for the Denver game, so they probably feel they can get better ratings elsewhere.
  15. Your post made me check, and damn...they are getting six games the first pre-season week: two each on ABC, FOX, and the CW. This is bizarre.
  16. https://506sports.com/nfl.php?yr=2023&wk=p1 Indianapolis at Buffalo 1 PM ET Saturday, August 12, 2023: Buffalo Broadcasters: Broadcasters: Andrew Catalon, Steve Tasker WIVB (CBS/4 - Buffalo) WROC (CBS/8 - Rochester) WSYR (ABC/9 - Syracuse) WPNY (My/11 - Utica) WETM (NBC/18 - Elmira) WTEN (ABC/10 - Albany) WWTI (ABC/50 - Watertown NY) WIVT (NBC/34.2 - Binghamton NY) WJET (ABC/24 - Erie PA) WFFF (FOX/44 - Burlington VT) NFL Network (TN / CHI markets) Indianapolis Broadcasters: Broadcasters: Greg Rakestraw, Rick Venturi WTTV (CBS/4 - Indianapolis) WBKI (CW/58 - Louisville) WANE (CBS/15 - Fort Wayne IN) WBND (ABC/57 - South Bend IN) WTWO (NBC/2 - Terre Haute IN) WPBI (FOX/16 - Lafayette IN) WEHT (ABC/25 - Evansville IN) KHII (My/9 - Honolulu) So why do the outer areas of Indianapolis (Tennessee and Chicago) get Buffalo announcers on NFL Network? And why is Honolulu broadcasting the game on a local affiliate? Who on Indy is from Hawaii??
  17. Damn...OJ gets 33 years from Nevada for kidnapping and armed robbery, but Ruggs gets just 3-10 from the same state?
  18. Sportico just released its 2023 valuations for each NFL franchise. These values are skyrocketing. The link has valuations back to 2020 if you are interested. The Bills are looking pretty good compared to what the Pegulas paid for the team. https://www.sportico.com/feature/nfl-team-values-ranking-list-1234684165/ Rank (Change) - Team - 2023 Valuation (billions) - 1 Year % Change [highest totals for each column are in bold and green] 1. (-1) Jacksonville - 4.04 - 37% 32. (-) Cincinnati - 4.00 - 41% Below is how Sportico calculated the values: "2023 Valuation: The sum of the enterprise value of an NFL franchise combined with the value of team-related businesses and real estate holdings. Team Value: NFL franchise valuation, derived from metrics by which football-team transactions occur, including aggregating local and national revenues and factoring in a team-specific multiplier. This represents the market value of the team itself, excluding related businesses held by its owners. It includes the value of each franchise’s 3.13% interest in the league’s properties, including NFL Network, NFL RedZone and its digital platforms, which are acquired/dispossessed in tandem with the sale of a team. Team-Related Businesses and Real Estate Holdings: The value of a franchise owner’s equity in team-related businesses that are distinct corporate entities, as well as government-assessed real estate related to venue, practice facilities and adjacent developments. Examples include: Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’ 20%-plus interest in Legends Hospitality, a stadium operations corporation; and the Washington Commanders’ subsidiaries, which own nearly 400 acres split between 12 parcels near the team’s stadium and practice facility. This category excludes value derived from enterprises determined as too attenuated from the football team’s operations, which fall into three categories: (1) rent from non-football, outside-of-stadium retail operations, like the Green Bay Packers’ Titletown venture or New England Patriots’ Patriot Place; (2) licensing fees paid by non-football third parties to a team’s sister company for the use of intellectual property; (3) team owner’s investment in businesses unrelated to franchise operations. Examples include the Cowboys’ sister company Blue Star Land’s joint ventures with real estate partners or the Formula 1 race in Miami operated by Dolphins’ owner Stephen Ross. For franchises that do not own their venues, the value of a team’s lease—often with advantageous terms negotiated with municipal or state authorities—is captured in the Team Value category." [The data would have been very amenable to a table using the TBD feature, but you can't apparently change the column widths, so I elected not to create one.]
  19. No forum beats TBD...hands down. With that being said, the 49ers' one is pretty active and people are knowledgeable and seem respectful: https://www.49erswebzone.com/forum/ Worst are the Dolphins' and Chiefs' forums.
  20. I went back and listened to Josh's comments about Dion. First, Jim Miller of SiriusXM said Dion looks great and has re-made his body. Then Josh said he loves his mindset. He is doing all the right things, both on and off the field, and eating correctly. He's a leader on this team. He is treating his body well. He's already on his second contract and played in the league a long time, so all the guys look up to him and are inspired by him. They see how badly he wants it.
  21. You are right. The first two hits of a quick search I did said it primarily helps you lose water weight and should only be done under medical supervision, due to the excess water loss. One link: https://powerliftingtechnique.com/are-sauna-suits-good-for-losing-fat/#:~:text=With the sauna suit%2C you,you keep the weight off. I will try to relisten to the Josh Allen interview where he said Dion looked great and see of he has any more insights. Since it's SiriusXM, I don't think there will be a link.
  22. The Bills looked like they were going to win it all at TC in 1990. The team was confident and had that swagger. Thurman Thomas even wrote "Tampa" on his cleats (the site of the SB that year). We finished 13-3, got the number one seed, were favorites in the SB, and had even beaten our opponent, the Giants, at the Meadowlands earlier that season. We all know what happened, but we should have won that game. So, I hope the Bills do have that look this year; after all, from all reports, they are very focused and this is the most talent McD has had, but things have a funny way of working out even with best of teams.
  23. In all seriousness, Josh said on SiriusXM NFLRadio the other day that Dion had lost 30-40 lb. and was wearing a sweatsuit during TC. He said all the offensive linemen look up to and admire him. He said Dion has shown how badly he wants it, and as the leader of the OL he has led by example.
