please provide reasoning for that statement. i always preferred pure platinum to the sundowner but it was closer to my house and not as crowded...

I was watching Fox Business this morning and they were saying that GM crunched the numbers and it will be cheaper for the government to give them the $16 billion or whatever they are asking for than for GM to declare bankruptcy. I don't understand how that would be the case. I think it had something to do with the role the government would play in the bankruptcy proceedings. I'm not looking for a fight or a debate, just to understand what is going on. Thanks!

OK, one thing that has me a little confused. If Jin wasn't around the "first" time Danielle and her crew came to the island, what prevented her from following them in after the smoke monster? Seems to me like Jin was the only one stopping her from going into the hole and thus become "sick" like the others, so I'm not sure how she would have escaped without him, or am I missing something about time travel?

Delmonico's Steakhouse (Emeril's) Las Vegas, NV - Bone In Rib Steak, Truffle Parmesan Potato Chips and the Vegatable of the Day. Not a cheap meal but easily the tastiest one I've ever had. At the time, I hadn't experienced many expensive steaks and it was absolutely amazing. Now I've been to quite a few nice steak houses in Boston, New York and Texas for work and still nothing compares. FYI - the potato chips, as funny as it sounds, may have been almost as good as the steak.

Well done checking the facts, I was hoping you wouldn't look into it. I think the reason he's had more ice time than anybody else is that he's the only one that's been healthy. I think the fact that he doesn't have any turnovers your remember this season is bad because that just means he's do come playoff time.

I don't care, I hate that guy. He's always good for a turnover that leads to a goal at the worst time. FYI - Spacek, Rivet and Tallinder all have a better +/-

Not sure if you guys were able to watch in on the NHL network but they commentators were so hard on the Leafs it was funny. Great game to watch, just wish they could get healthy faster.

Could have been. The biggest question I had after the episode was who was shooting at them when they were in the canoe, which I think is a bad sign.

I'm glad the government thinks it knows how to run a bank. This isn't a million dollar crapper, it's publicity/marketing and has value.

anybody else with experience have any suggestions for hotels? i'm assuming I'll fly into cleveland Friday night and spend the night there and then spend the saturday and sunday closer to canton. i looked in akron and didn't see anything to appealing.

Great episode as usual. A lot to chew on. I think my favorite scene was when they where filming the orientation video. Gave us a little peak into the start of the Dharma people. Going to be very confusing if the island is constantly jumping around in time but it's Lost so I expect it to be confusing. Only complaint, not enough of scantily clad Kate!
