  1. Montana.....Thank you......I for one pray that JP is the second coming, but this get rid of Drew at all cost is well...........f'd-up!! You would think this team was 4-12 this past season. Montana is quite nice.....Played Rugby in Missoula at the Maggot Fest...I wonder if that still exsists?
  2. Most of Fox's "credible" stories come from "fan speculation".
  3. Pooj......My wife and I were actually sitting around the dinner table talking about heading to NOVA just to shop at a Wegmans. We laughed at ourselves, delcared ourselves sick....but know I don't know..............."Jane, poojer, one of those guys on TSW, he lives in Richmond, hell south side...thats almost North Carolina to us west enders...........and went shopping at Wegmans yesterday in NOVA and sounds like he had a nearly ogasmic experience. " Damn I bought a 1/2 rack of screamers when up in Rochester for Christmas and left it on the folks deck. Sunday 9:00 - Mass 10:30 - Head to Wegmans in Northern Virginia What the hell the kids have off on Monday!
  4. Sooo many ways.......
  5. You just know that Jonathan and Victoria will be in it until the end...just because they piss everyone off. But I wish someone would just punch him in the face.
  6. Yep and I thought I edited it with "I think this would be a good New Topic" in hopes you and others would see it.
  7. Programing question.....I know that laws prevent watching other markets network programing, however, if my local stations keep pre-empting network programing why the hell can't I tune into the standard network programs that I want to watch. Presently some guy (gal) decides what I can watch. Why shouldn't I be able to watch network programs when the local affiliate does not show it for its business reasons. I'm thinking if DTV (or cable outfits) had let say four designated network programing only channels (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX) and when the local station pre-empts network programs we should be able to tune in the network channel. I think this would be more realistic for DTV/Dish etc. as the cable exec. drink and golf at the same club with the local TV station exec), but this would be kinda the reverse of what DTV does with the NFL, when the local channel shows the Bills (my choice) and the DTV 700 series channnel showing the Bills game is blocked. Thoughts, ideas????? Help.
  8. I agree! Fezmid......DTV question.....I am a long time DTV customer, I know that laws prevent watching other markets network programing, however, if my local station keeps pre-empting network programing why the hell can't I tune into the standard network programs that I want to watch. Presently some guy (gal) decides what I can watch. Obviously this could be a nightmare for DTV, but if DTV had let say four designated network programing only channels (ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX) and when the local station pre-empts network programs we should be able to tune in the network channel. Kinda the reverse of what they do with the NFL, when the local channel shows the Bills (my choice) and the DTV 700 series channnel showing the Bills game is blocked. Thoughts, ideas????? Help. Ithink this would make for a good New Topic....Trying again.
  9. Can anyone tell me who, (if any) got sent home on this weeks show. Our local CBS station showed Maryland v Wake B-Ball and pre-empted the Race to 1:35am
  10. This owners is such a tool, but with that said, I can't stand most any of the media.....While Joe Buck commented on it (disgust)as did James Brown, Fox sure found no fault in showing it over and over......Just so people knew what they were reffering to......
  11. Training Camp.
  12. Friends of ours had a little problem over the weekend, and I want to share it with you, as it could save your life. . . . As told by a thankful wife....... Larry had to work the night shift at Alcoa Friday night, so he left home around 10:15 p.m. He took his normal route -- down Hull Street to the Alcoa plant. While on Hull Street he saw a man come out from a yard and to the sidewalk. The man threw a rock and it shattered the right front passenger window. Glass went everywhere; however, the rock did not hit Larry. Keeping his sense about him, he drove to work. Around 11:00 p.m., he called me at home to tell me what had happened. And, of course, I had to take him his truck and pick up the car as it called for rain that night and into Saturday. So I drove the car home, covered it up, etc. We filed a report with the Police, and while doing all this, they gave us the following information... What happened to Larry could have been deadly. It appears that gangs set up drivers by having one man throw a rock at a car they want. In the bushes are the rest of the guys -- usually with knives and guns. The gang wants you to come back -- mostly so they can steal the car and valuables from the driver; however, the policeman said that in many instances, it becomes deadly. They kill the victim. So, please be careful, and if anything like this happens to you, keep on going. Yes, I am inconvenienced today by not having a car, as it is at the glass shop being repaired, but it is a small inconvenience compared to what might have happened if Larry had put the car in reverse and gone back.
  13. Yep!
  14. The State of MO. ought to say that's just fine....And give them Martin Luther King Blvd, or Malcomn X Ave. to keep clean. I wonder if the KKK would still want to do it? I'm sure the Highway Dept. has control over which street and/or section of street to assign to cleaneruppers!
  15. Quite fair.
  16. The role of a sports columnist is to watch the battle from the mountaintop and then ride down and bayonet the wounded. Kinda like the owner of this signature.
  17. I'm just going to keep pasteing the following to these tired Bledsoe v anyone is better than DB post's: We all seem to think, we know more than....well the Bills. The Bills will start the best quarterback in camp! I am quite certain the Bills started the best one in 2004! I further hope that JP beats Bledsoe by leaps and bounds come camp....This can only mean we will have one helluva QB!
  18. A freekin men! We all seem to think (including myself) ,we know more than....well the Bills. Can we all agree that the Bills will start the best quarterback in camp? I am quite certain the Bills started the best one in 2004! I further hope that JP beats Bledsoe by leaps and bounds come camp....This can only mean we will have one helluva QB!
  19. Fast Pass Learn how to use it and well......use it!
  20. In Richmond it is called Tom Leonards......Is this the same? It is very nice, we in Richmond also have Ukrops, a family owned , very nice store...But it's no Wegmans.
  21. Bill, Wegmans does have a Union side...There truck drivers are all teamsters, well I know they where 15 years ago and I am quite sure they still are. A very good friend of my brothers drove for them, while his daughter worked as a cashier for the store while going to school. I remember when some food service union out of Utica (hmmm...) was leafletting Wegmans and running a "soft" picket line at some of the stores the Teamsters rolled right on through, my brotehrs friend was quick to point out, and I would ask you, "what would the union offer my daughter that Wegmans doesn't? It would only be a drag on her income." Yes there is a place for unions but the union was created, and grew out of poor treatment of employees, no one treats its employees or its customers better. Wegmans is no Wal-Mart!
  22. Thanks Hardy.......LMFAO....Nice way to end the day!
  23. What the hell are you all talking about........I for one would prefer that MM opens camp with the number 1 QB spot open, open for competition that is. However, It is certainly safer to name Drew the starter for now and let JP EARN the spot. Unless you GM's and Player Personel folks have some film of JP burning up NFL teams from 2004. JP is the future and the future, if not now, is very soon. When he earns it he will start, MM knows it and so does Drew. You just don't cut the legs out from Drew with the idea that JP is a prime time player, and then find he's not ready, and either go back to a Drew who at that point could give a crap about the future of the Buffalo Bills or option B, you stick with this young pup, watch him get his confidence blown and watch the season go down the craper ala the Giants. Folks remember JP sat out most of training camp, preseason and the 2004 season. When he is ready he will go in, but you don't name him starter today. Put your crying fits over this past Sundays game away!
