  1. Embarrassing and honestly more likely than the Bills ever winning a Super Bowl. We had 4 straight and couldn't get even 1. Now we have a generational talent at QB and we still can't even GET to a SB. The Bills will never win a Super Bowl. I just don't see this organization putting together a good enough team outside of Allen to get it done.
  2. I agree with the going all in. I had said in other threads/posts that since we don't seem to hit on 1st/2nd round picks often enough, we should start using those picks as currency for trades for guys who are proven commodities. We need to make some trades, because the roster, as usual, as currently constructed, will get exposed once again in the playoffs.
  3. What window? The super bowl window...the only window that matters. Allen can only do so much. When the playoffs get here, all the teams have good teams and good offenses/defenses. And all of the points you made with the WRs is the problem that I don't think will change. We routinely have "guys" but don't use them correctly. Even if we took Worthy over Coleman, we would probably misuse him as well. We are getting dangerously close to the Rivers Chargers here. How do you figure? Our D is going to be made up of essentially the same guys, we will likely have all the same coaches, and the same WRs. A win is not off the table, but we have "crushed" exactly one team this year...the winless Jets. Otherwise, we could have easily lost 4 of 5 at this point.
  4. Patriots probably end up with 12 wins based on their schedule and their good coaching and the play of Maye as the season progresses. Buffalo has a tougher schedule and it wouldn't shock me to see the Bills tied with NE at 12 wins and losing the division to NE. We had our time...should have made hay, but didn't.
  5. Yes, let's all be thrilled with our 5 straight AFC East titles and continued exit from the playoffs, while the team continues to pour assets into the D, with zero return, while also neglecting the WR position. That'll work out great. Being a realist isn't "crying".
  6. Have you looked at NE's schedule? They are likely getting to minimum 10 games BEFORE winning last night. If they get a couple of bounces, they could end up with 11/12 wins. You get them? What are you on about laughing boy?
  7. The teams with younger QBs seem to be the ones surging this year (Pats, Broncos, Chargers, Colts even). The Bills are in the older/missed the window class. Should have cashed in by now, but instead we'll be staring up at New England again. Just like old times!
  8. Ship picks, 1st rounders if needed, to get some WR help and CB help. Trade away the 1st round picks because God knows this front office can't use them to pick good players themselves. Seriously, 1st and 2nd round picks should basically be used as trade currency going forward. Use the middle and later rounds to find diamonds in the rough. If you can't draft them yourself, use the picks to trade for players who are already proven.
  9. 13 seconds will continue to haunt this team and the fanbase...now the division is no longer a gimme, let alone the 1 seed, each year. With Allen we always "have a shot", but we definitely missed a window to ever winning a Super Bowl.
  10. Oh I agree 100%. Mcd and this staff seem to be stubborn a out playing guys. When he's healthy I would throw max right out there. Has to be better than Tre, who sucks ass now.
  11. McDermott I bet wont play him. He alluded to it previously with how far he needs to go with the mental side with all the missed time. But honestly, he is fast and athletic. Better that washed Tre.
  12. Or the Bills are just destined to always be the bridesmaid. Its cosmic misfortune.
  13. We'll see. Every year we miss the 1 seed. And we. And we can all go back and pick out the games that cost us that. This, I believe, was one of those games.
  14. Yeah ok. We are SO spoiled with our fully stocked AFC East trophies lol.
  15. Yeah yeah WW2 and all. In sports terms, it was big.
  16. No dude, I am saying we are devoid of talent outside of like 2 guys. That's a major problem.
  17. Never have it all on the same team, in the same season. Sucks.
  18. If it was only about our QB we would probably have 3 SB wins already. Outside of Allen we are pretty ass. And if he has an off night, it's an L.
  19. Never expected undefeated. But with the current state of the AFC, tonight was a must win in order to keep distance for the 1 seed.
  20. Yes. And they are currently. Indy has a light schedule and has been wrecking teams.
  21. They seem to be ascending. Wins like tonight can go a long way confidence-wise.
  22. Its not like since we got the loss out of the way it's clear sailing. This team has a load of problems (bad defense, bad WRs, poor coaching)...to go where we want them to, they need to win these "winnable" games.
  23. They probably will win the division this year. Easier schedule.
