    I guess you do if you have timeouts left. Other than trying to preserve time, that's what timeouts are for.

    Yeah, the timeouts sucked. It's happened a few times this year. But agreed, we've not been super sharp many times this year. But I think the winning in the face of all that is a testament to this team's ability. If we can play a clean/complete game, we can and will hang with any team.

    Yep, we played who was on our schedule. But we aren't pushovers either. KC, Cincy, Jags, will/may play us as well. Same could be said for KC or Cincy's schedules...their divisions were not good. We have Allen. Don't act like we are some ***** team that is lucky to be in the playoffs.

    Actually, the Bills are 8-1 in their last 9 games (including today) with a +70 point differential....better than 26 teams' full season point differentials. I put this in another thread...but honestly, they may have their bonehead/blood pressure raising moments, but the Bills just win. Like a lot.

    I would say this team is probably the most mentally tough team under McDermott. With everything that has happened this year, to end up 13-3 with 3 losses by a total of 8 points and today's garbage play but still closing it out with a W...very mentally tough group.

    The Bills are 8-1 in their last 9 games including today. BAD TAKE. The also have a +70 point differential in those 9 games. Better than 26 teams' point differential for each of their WHOLE SEASONS.

    I would even go so far as to say, their performance today will likely be a big factor in them playing better, not worse.

    It was all that. It's a game I want to flush. It had so many odd "bounces" and weird timeouts/coaching decisions/etc.

    Always a chance the Bengals lose tonight. Long shot sure...but we just saw a 14 point dog lose by only 3 and damn near win it. Still have to play the games.

    Agree on a lot of that. The good news is, we know they CAN play a great game. They have a lot to clean up, not a well-oiled machine right now. But I think they will have a better approach next week and play better. Whether that equates to a win, who knows.

    If we pull this out...I'm hoping this awful performance will light a fire under them to clean up their crap and play to their potential...only way they beat Cincy.
