In relation to Brown … let’s see how he goes this year …If his play warrants a second contract then I got no issues if the Bills pay him … They can pay 2-3 guys on the line a year IMO…and have the other 2 on rookie deals ..

Well..regardless ..back to my original point … He won’t be the starting tackle for the Bills come 2025… they had an opportunity to draft a guy that could have been ..

It was a deep tackle class this year … I would have liked to have seen them take a more experienced guy than the two projects they took at the end … neither will be ready in 12 months for a starter role… Might be a pointer that they are leaning towards extending Brown … They have restructured McGovern so he will be here through the end of his deal in 2025 … perhaps they should take another Round 2-3 Guard next year to develop and then start in 2026 and let McG go… Could have three guys still on their Rookie deals playing IOL come 2026 whilst they have to make a decision on whether Dion is still up to it …but more likely take a Tackle Round 1 2026 and pay Torrence the following year… Sounds easy in theory ,,, I’m sure the reality may play out not quite as smoothly …

I do like the swing they have taken here .. i wanted them to take a chance on a Day 3 C .. and I think this was the best candidate available …a Top 100 player in this draft IMO .. I don’t have anything against McGovern … but the best result for the team is that SVPG can come in and take the C job early … We know McG can do the job at LG … I like Edwards too … but we don’t know how he will handle the job full time … Remember the days when they were having to get by with the likes of Spencer Long and Feliciano on the IOL?

No one here is going to know one way or another .. but I would say not necessarily…they have lost a couple of guys at the position… this guy is going to be playing some teams this season I would suggest …

Bishop better be a starter off the bus at Pick 60 … given the competition at the position currently on the team… to think Beane was prepared to trade up for him made me gag as well… Torrence last year should be the expectation of what picks at this position of this part of the draft should be … not the exception to the rule … Also … I’ll be keeping an eye on how the Chiefs Safety Hicks goes … a guy I’m not sure is a hell of a lot worse than our boy , and whom they got at 133…
