  1. Agree totally. There are plenty of Rs left.
  2. I'm not defending Trump. I've never supported him. That said, the Dems have gone waaaay overboard with their TDS. Weaponizing govt agencies and branches against him is bananananana republics shyt
  3. Yes it is
  4. Not criminally
  5. I'm simply helping you build your narrative
  6. It appears to me you charge Rs
  7. I hadn't heard he passed bad checks.
  8. So who did he defraud?
  9. speaking of manipulation
  10. Dems policy doesn't suggest this is correct
  11. Dems don't care about humans at any stage! ...did I do that right?...
  12. Broncos are big out in the Rocky Mtn states. Even when they suck
  13. I'm really looking forward to the Bears - Broncos game!
  14. Well, the banks have done some positive things
  15. Yep, just don't criticize those of us that are questioning the banks involvement, cause it doesn't make sense. I've heard this for over 20 yrs
  16. I didn't ever suggest Hillary had brain damage. Honestly, I didn't hear that from anyone. A health concern maybe. But certainly wasn't being manipulated.
  17. Actually a bank failing in it's policy to do due diligence is a failure to it's shareholders. Faulty appraisals is should be on the appraisers. Trump knowingly lying is fraud. Lying about values of his RE is what I'm questioning. You don't know the answer to my questions about appraisals. I don't either. I'm curious.
  18. I haven't seen a bank that will accept an appraisal that isn't on their "approved" appraiser list. Appraisers adjust for regulated vs unregulated and real restrictions. That's their job. I still don't get it?
  19. Follow up on my question. If the banks ordered the appraisals, and those values were used on the financial statement, wouldn't that be to the best of everyone's knowledge?
  20. Don't know the details, but weren't the value of his assets (mostly real estate) supported by appraisals? Who did the appraisals? Were they ordered by the banks? In my experience they normally are?
  21. Why the manipulation? Is that how you roll?
  22. You did opine saying, "or in the unlikely event that Biden ends up not running in 2024". I was asking why and what you meant when you stated unlikely. It's clear to me now that you meant his death.
  23. Actuarially determined odds of living vs mental and physical ability? OK! I think you avoided my question. How confident are you in that Joe will run for reelection (not die)?
  24. I don't think they mean much due to the low sample size and difference in teams played. That said, the Dolphins are riding a high, and that can be dangerous in any team. If we can run the ball, I think we'll be OK. I think McD will put out a D that will keep Miami's offense in reason. Our O possessions need to be efficient (TDs vs FGs) and use some clock. I'd love to be able to put pressure on Tua consistently. That'll be a tall task.
  25. Why do you think Biden not running is unlikely? Are you saying 99% unlikely or 51% unlikely. I'd say it's closer to 51%.
