This past off-season two of the top 10 WRs possibly top 5 were available via trade. When was the last time you could say that about OL. It's not like the Bills are being looked at as the model for how you rebuild. Oh wait...

WRs are regularly available. Just take a look at our top 3. We didn't draft them and our 4th guy we drafted looks pretty good. If Ford were to have his career end tomorrow we would have a harder time replacing him with something other than a short rental.

If we had any of those LBs in this current scheme we would be in big trouble. Our weakness on all 4 teams was at inside LB. The overrated by Bills fans Shane Conlan and the nobodies we always put next to him. We had no LT. We had no Ken Norton Jr. We had no one of that level to make up for having an ok to good ILB and a warm body on the inside. You may not agree but the teams with those other two guys took home 3 of the trophies we played for. The results speak for themselves.

If things remain as they have been through 4 games this season then it's a wash. Both teams got the right players for themselves. So far this season Josh has outplayed Mahomes. But it is just 4 games. There is no guarantee that Mahomes turns out as he has if we drafted him. People like to see things black and white but it isn't that simple. Just because a QB turned out one way with team A doesn't mean he would have turned out the same with team B.
