Milano and Edmunds OUT against Miami
RocCityRoller replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Time for Dodson, Klein and Matakevich to step up. They are on the roster for a reason. Good test of depth. What do we have behind the starters? -
It wasn't a great start, but I just reviewed the highlights of the game. Ficken's good FG kick squeaked in just inside the right upright. Bass 'first miss' was considered good by Gene Serratore during the broadcast. Bass second miss, the laces are clearly facing in toward the kicker, that can affect a kick. Always want laces out. Watch nfl.com Bills Jets Highlights @ 4:44 https://www.nfl.com/games/jets-at-bills-2020-reg-1 Poor kid got screwed by the refs on his first NFL FG kick, and then his holder did him no favors on his legitimate miss.

Cards actually have a sneaky good team. Kyler Murray can play, he plays well in that system, and they gave him D Hop.

25 mile an hour winds today. How many visiting K have been confounded by the winds at Rich/Ralph/Bills Stadium? 3 for 3 on XP. 3 of 4 on FG. The first one went over the upright, but was called poorly. Announcers said FGs that go over the upright are not reviewable. A bunch of Touchbacks and generally bad field position for the Jets. Laces weren't properly placed on his really bad miss. Holy moly.

It's rough but I made the joke that it looked like Edmunds injured his ego on that play. I hope he is ok though.

To your point Brady had a Petermanesque pick six into the flat today, and Rivers had 300+ yards but also his signature game losing pick. Josh Allen was the best player on the field today (though an honorable mention should go to Marcus Maye 2 sacks, 2 stuffs, 2 PD 1 FF, 7 tack, 3 assists) Josh sensed pressure and escaped it. Sometimes he ran for it, sometimes he kept a play alive for a big pass. The Bills drove to the redzone 6-7 times today, on a day Allen was the only real spark in the run game. They scored TDs on 3 strait possessions. A less mobile QB would have been killed today. Also look at the arm angle on the John Brown TD pass. If JA can sense pressure, escape and utilize different arm angles as needed, whooo boy this is only going to get better and better. Just hang onto the darned ball, or throw it away on some of the broken plays Josh. But we will always get the head scratchers from him. I compared him to Favre shortly after being drafted. Big arm, excellent mobility, questionable completion percentage, plays a bit recklessly. Favre made some plays only he cold make because of his physical skills and refusal to let any play die. This also led him to really bad plays at times. JA and Favre play the game the same way. Similar skill set. If JA can keep improving he will be a folk hero for Bills fans and a draw for non-Bills fans. 'Just what is that Josh Allen going to do next?' There will always be jaw dropping plays, good and bad. I can live with that, it makes the games fun to watch.

As author of the John Brown appreciation thread I love how he noted that John Brown was one of the most compete but underappreciated WRs in the league. Was racking my brain for comparisons, and all I had to do was go back to Carolina. JB and SD remind me a little of Steve Smith. Smith was smaller then JB or SD, but in general JB and SD are smaller framed WRs who are fast, good route runners and natural hands catchers of the ball. What is better than 1 Steve Smith? 2 Steve Smiths. Now Smith had a mouth on him, but he backed it up. JB and SD are more quiet and just get work done. Defending Diggs and Brown is a nasty thing to contemplate, can't double both. Add Beasley in the slot. Knox had a beautiful catch today and Moss showed nice hands and awareness, especially for a rookie on his TD catch. If the Oline can play better, and help get the non Allen rush game going, this could a lot of fun to watch.

My post was a bit sardonic, I should have ended it with /s you are 100% correct. In fact PG&E is banned from clearing dead wood and forestry maintenance in some cases. This happened about 2-3 years ago. Since then, worst fire seasons on record. -
Or those new Trump voters, like me, who don't believe in giving up civil liberties out of fear. 200k people have died with COVID+ tests. +/- the 4k probable in NYC of course. Did they all die of Covid? If a man has a self inflicted gunshot wound to the head, but had COVID+ is it a COVID death? + test for COVID = 18k/ put him on a ventilator for an hour 32k! Bonanza when other services are removed... Not that my hospital is 250 million in the hole and needs revenue. No one would do that, right? Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety my friend. Have we flattened the curve yet?

Wouldn't that leave 2/3 unaccounted for in 'sunny CA?' Good luck charging your Tesla or Volt on that... So why brownouts again? I thought CA was so advanced? -
Produced by Larry Elder. Big support from Officer Tatum. Candace Owens featured a lot. Hermain Cain featured. It probably will not reach the community intended, but was great. Some points could have been done better, but very good overall. Trigger warning: Language used by lefties below may be offensive to some: https://www.uncletom.com/ It's now @$15 download, or only @ $8 feature. 2 hr commitment to 'diversity training' credits earned. See why a brown person may become a Republican like me. No racial hatred, honest and needed conversation. I'll pay for 5 lefties on this board to watch the movie on my dime. You won't because you are brainwashed cowards. DM me if interested in listening to strong black voices who love America, and escaped the plantation for two hours.

Voted Jill Stein last election idiot. May do it again, but your 'outreach to me' may swing me Trump in 2020. I voted for a woman and an environmentalist last election. I refuse to endorse 'the Party' like you. Brainwashed moron.

Stay classy Lefty. I'm sure the 3rd wave feminists in your camp appreciate your dialogue.

I can't believe this is still a thing honestly. Do you have any facts or do you just like to throw ridiculous things around? This is beyond crazy. 2020 is going to be a real bummer for you....
