Being against drug prohibition is not the same as letting just anyone sell drugs. Just like a grocer being tempted to sell goods that have non-obvious problems a drug dealer would be tempted to sell pot that may have residuals of herbicides in it or other contamination. There is a reason we have the FDA among other agencies to regulate the sales of products that we consume into our bodies. That aside there is not just one list that libertarian works off of as I know ones who do not favor unlimited distribution of drugs. For the most part libertarians are against wide spread control by government.

Slow afternoon? Maybe try cleaning up your room instead?

If Trump loses and refuses to leave

It's only fair. You guys went on about Goldwater back in the day as well as those who actually were elected such as Nixon, Ford, Reagan, etc.. -

And you do not parrot things? Very doubtful. -

So you are a closet conservative? There are better sources of conservative thought but they do not do weekday talk shows. Try reading a book sometime. -

Do you have an underpass to live under once your (paid) trolling concludes after the election?

While this thread in theory is one of the OP's better threads it still points to the need to impose a limit on threads over a one week or one month period. This is a more organic idea by him but still is just one piece in the 10,000 piece puzzle of various light clouds and blue sky with extremely minimal variation or contrast. By the way the Bastille and the guillotine were products of popular rule. While we all like to put light slams on one another here I wish that the OP would consider if the cultural revolution that happened during the 1960's happened a generation or two earlier that he along with others might not be here today if the mothers had a choice to abort those fetuses. A person might say so what but it would be ironic to ponder that thought on a board that provides a source of satisfaction to that same person that they otherwise would have never experienced. While we are at it would we have had Einstein or any of the other numerous contributors of the 20th Century from a poor background or even a middle class or rich background if the choice to abort was as easy as deciding what we want for dinner? -
Should absentee ballots be illegal?

Do you check your DNC sent emails hourly or by the half hour? Could you let them know that the word hoax is over used and misused. A hoax relates to an event that supposedly already happened. Better to say "planning to pull off a hoax" if you have to use the word hoax. Does the word hoax elicit favorable feedback from those people on the fringe who are concerned with UFO's, bigfoot, the Loch Ness monster, etc.. -
Ruth Bader Ginsberg has pancreatic cancer

Rule number 1 of US politics is always bamboozle bystanders with talk of how they would never do what the opposition did even though in reality if presented with a similar opportunity that they would do it in a heartbeat. I already believe that the maximum number of Democrats and Dem leaning indpendents is determined in terms of who plans to vote. As said recently I have heard my left leaning friends voice concern about who is really running the show given Biden's health issues. I caught a Biden ad during a commercial break last night on the television and it did not show Biden "live" and voice pitch changed through out indicating 30 seconds of material took hours to produce. -

She was not in a position to let assumptions guide her decision making unlike the people on this board who have no personal stake or control in the matter. She let her ego run amok and here we are today with a vacant seat on the court. How intelligent could she be if she was willing to jeopardize her team's position on the court. -
I was somewhat annoyed with CBS and its national game with the Chiefs and Chargers. They took time to track Tom Brady who is no longer in the AFC but no mention of Allen. Further, Brady had a very pedestrian afternoon in terms of stats. Big name and big market emphasis has been the trend for a while now and will be going forward. I pulled the plug on ESPN because it was not satisfying to me and I just tune out what I don't want to listen to with NBC, CBS, etc. No pregame shows.

Not being able to form a coherent statement from the beginning creates a lot of doubt in what you say. Why not say he was at the hospital the same night as the alleged assault from the beginning? You are the one desperate to make a point so the burden falls on you. A strike in the same region as the anus does not equate to further contact such as what you describe. This 6 week "stonewalling" been verified or is it just another unbacked statement. Without some stunning real evidence I think we are done here.

Being arrested does not mean you are denied medical attention. The cops could do little more in building a lawsuit against them by denying medical attention. I've been to the ER for things such as kidney stones and the response by the ER has always been very satisfactory. The doctor's statement who did not see the protestor for nearly two weeks after the alleged incident? Keeping in mind that this is a family site I would limit my comment to a dry baton hit deep without serious life threatening damage then and there?
-
See my previous post. I don't see anything conclusive to lead me to believe your claim. Any footage from a different vantage point?
-
None of what you posted is the same as documented proof such as recording the "rape" as it happened in real time. 2 weeks is plenty of time to go to the adult toy shop and prod one's self with their purchases. Why not go to the ER as soon as it allegedly happened? If this was for real there could have been life threatening complications. Especially if the cop was not willing to "grease the skids" so to speak. Wouldn't you go to the ER immediately out of concern that something could have been seriously torn? That recording is anything but conclusive in terms of what you claim to have happened.

OK, so being forced to the ground is not whipping up the hysteria it used to so now we are on to improbable sexual assault. I would not think that a nightstick would so easily insert...................................

Stop crying that your side put up Biden as their nominee! "The Dems could put anyone up and the left would vote for them?" That is not an endorsement of a lefty voter whether you realize it or not. So Trump could switch parties (in theory) and the left would vote for him if the DNC offered no alternative. That is what you are saying.
-
Seems to be at least amongst my left leaning friends. Don't get me wrong as they will not be voting for Trump but even they laugh at the extreme dialog surrounding Trump these days. What do you see from liberals not prone to jumping off of the bridge every time Trump's name comes up? My guess is that along with conservatives who do not want to be doxxed or otherwise trashed if their views are made public there are lefty's who are worried about what Biden/Harris is going to bring them. One friend of mine is going to put his home up for sale that lives in Brighton near the city limits of Rochester. He just does not see it getting better in terms of the City of Rochester coming to its senses and worries that even though the spillover has yet to reach him it will at some point.
