It was nuts when he bought in 2022 too (415k for a house listed at 279k is crazy!) Plus you can't compare the market for 2M homes and 300k homes. Whoever buys that place will have little to no competition.

I just want to confirm, Cook wasn't eligible for an extension until this off-season, correct? So even if the Bills wanted to give him $40M a year last year, they couldn't? So within days of becoming eligible, he started tweeting about getting paid? And within two months, he lists his house for sale? If this is all correct then he clearly just doesn't want to be here. I would say run him into the ground next year before letting him walk, but the guy plays less then half the snaps. Thanks Gunner. I'd be very happy with Grant. In general i'd say I'm not a huge fan of DTs in round 1. But in this case it would fill a huge need and seems like it would also be a good value pick. A dominant presence next to Oliver could help unlock everyone else in the front 7.
