I was told Stafford is a first-ballot HOFer and the Rams WRs were just too good to be covered. This offense was unstoppable on 3rd down.
What happened?
It's not just about getting credit/blame for wins/losses it's about the same issues every season. I've never changed my stance on McDermott even after winning streaks. Winning the division every year is great but it ultimately means little if we never come close to winning a championship.
I'm a fan of the Bills, I have no loyalty to coaches, owners or players. I want to see them win a Super Bowl. McDermott has shown he does not have what it takes to win a Super Bowl. By keeping him as coach we are accepting complacency. We will never have a QB as good as Allen and it will be a shame if doesn't win a ring in Buffalo.
Allen doesn’t seem like the type of player that would ever demand a coaching change. Like them or not, winners like Brady, Manning, LeBron, Jordan, etc. would step in and force ownership/management to make a change.
McDermott is supposed to be a defensive genius and yet time and time again it’s the defense that lets us down in big games.
He needs to be held accountable for coming up short when it matters.
We are wasting a generational talent at QB.
Give them the goddamn field goal you bum. Can’t believe how bad McDermott is at game management and decision making in key situations.
At least he hasn’t wasted a second half timeout yet…
