So sick of Bass. He is so inconsistent and will be a liability in the playoffs, especially in the bad weather.

It's not just about getting credit/blame for wins/losses it's about the same issues every season. I've never changed my stance on McDermott even after winning streaks. Winning the division every year is great but it ultimately means little if we never come close to winning a championship. I'm a fan of the Bills, I have no loyalty to coaches, owners or players. I want to see them win a Super Bowl. McDermott has shown he does not have what it takes to win a Super Bowl. By keeping him as coach we are accepting complacency. We will never have a QB as good as Allen and it will be a shame if doesn't win a ring in Buffalo.

Crazy how so many Bills' fans still can't see that McDermott is the problem.

Allen doesn’t seem like the type of player that would ever demand a coaching change. Like them or not, winners like Brady, Manning, LeBron, Jordan, etc. would step in and force ownership/management to make a change.

McDermott is supposed to be a defensive genius and yet time and time again it’s the defense that lets us down in big games. He needs to be held accountable for coming up short when it matters. We are wasting a generational talent at QB.

The only one irreplaceable is Allen. If we didn’t have him we would be in a similar position as the Jets or Raiders right now.

Fire McDermott. We should have 3 timeouts. He has no situational awareness.

Because if you don’t get it you waste all that time or ended up having to call a timeout. The game is over if we don’t get the onside kick.
