  1. No sorry, I'm quoting you to help prove a point to the other dude. No precedence because it's patently stupid. Tell me the last time a HC made a "calculated risk" in this situation with a quarterback who has led us to the playoff hunt for a late round rookie. McDermott needs to recognize precedence.
  2. It was the perfect troll until he started fighting back and got ejected. Talib you fool!
  3. wouldn't think Crabtree is the guy to blow up like that. ODB sure. But I love how stupid Talib is. He does that to rattle the receiver, but can't help himself and gets himself ejected too.
  4. It's funny, they're all almost the exact same in terms of criticism. But I don't want to know what Patriots forums look like to be honest.
  5. To repeat SoTier, I challenge you to give me a single precedent for a move like that. And if it exists did it work? And no, Tom Brady and Kaepernick don't count, they were relieving injured QBs. That's not a learning experience, that is utter incompetence.
  6. hahaha I said the exact same thing in another thread. Fireable offense. The Quarterback 3rd quarter adjustment was genius too, totally changed the game.
  7. As much as I hated the trade, we might not win that game if Gaines doesn't make 2 timely plays in a row on the last drive.
  8. Rex 2015, the players were so pumped up, I was giddy before the game started. Loved the attitude. Then Aaron Williams is playing with so much adrenalin he effectively ends his career on a tackle. It was a horrible feeling.
  9. Racism? I hear white players celebrate touchdowns too.
  10. what's our consensus on Kelvin Benjamin? I think he's immediately our best receiver on the roster, but that's not saying much, and his best season has been his rookie year, barely scratched 1000 with Cam Newton, pre ACL tear. I hope he can get healthy soon and develop a rapport with Tyrod.
  11. I remember the Denver game, every other drop back, Tyrod had his eye on Von Miller running through Mills, and consistently dodged him to buy time for a throw. Peterman's a good ole gunslinging pocket passer, he'd rather just toss the ball up to "throw receivers open" with Joey Bosa coming at him. KC has the #10 overall pick backing up Alex Smith Bills have, well.. you know who backing up Taylor
  12. It seems like Dak's game is very similar to Tyrod's. Cowboys fans are equally divided on him as we are with Tyrod. Point is Dak was in the MVP discussion with that team last year. Why? because it's a team sport, and Dak played to his team strengths perfectly. What strengths do the Bills have? Shady, a poor offensive line, and Nick O'Leary looks like his best receiving target .
  13. I heard teams can trade up in the draft if they so choose by giving up a few picks. How about we compromise pull an Eagles move. Look at anecdotal evidence in the NFL man. By your logic the Browns should be the best team in the NFL. I want to see a Bills playoff game, so do the players on the roster. These are competitive athletes lol.
  14. oh please. The packers made the playoffs and got Aaron Rodgers. Ponder that for a bit.
  15. I think we used to have a good roster, especially on defense, before two successive coaching regimes gutted the roster. That's my frustration. I think we agree with each other regarding what we want out of a coach. But I'm not happy with McDermott to date.
  16. hahaha yes I'd take a playoff appearance . And don't call it a one and done please, it's a playoff game.
  17. I'd like a good coach that doesn't gut the roster when they come in. Did Sean McVay gut his roster replacing Fisher on a bad Rams team? No he hired coordinators that fit the strengths and made some great offseason moves.
  18. Don't get these guys. Bills get playoff off experience. Heaven forbid they get confidence. And how can anyone say they don't want to see their team play in the PLAYOFFS. Otherwise what's the point in being a fan. We enjoy watching our team play, particularly in the most meaningful games possible.
  19. The AFC being the way it is, we have the best chance at a wild card in a while. And I'm tired of hearing about draft position and giving our backup a try out. Long-term plans are out the window when you can make the playoffs. I don't give a flying **** what out FO's plans are 3 years down the road.
  20. Sure he's a great coach. But that's not the only winning coaching style. I love the Pete Carroll types that have fun with it. Let's just agree we hate Belichick.
  21. NEWSFLASH : Benching Taylor for Peterman was colossally stupid.
  22. So is it easier to build a team like Denver or Jax with Taylor on the roster, or land a quarterback by throwing a dart on the board draft after draft?Taylor has never seen anything close to weapons like D Thomas, Sanders, Bennie Fowler Jr., he'd be a great fit there.
