We all want the same result. I don't want to give a quarterback 2-3 games just to see if he's good. That could cost you the season as it may well have this year against the chargers. Sure we want to know cause all we see are the games, but there's competition in training camp, preseason, PRACTICE. If the coaches don't know what they have after practicing with the players 100 times a year then they're dumb. I'll bet Tre White has a field day against Peterman in practice. for the love of god. trade up for Rosen or Darnold.. I want the surest thing, not 2 years of "let's give this guy a shot". Mayfield would be a consolation, but dude's a basket case. Keep Taylor, let him compete, maybe he beats this rookie (and Dennison is jettisoned). And save a draft pick for an outside WR, not high on KB but even if he exceeds expectations I want more. My top priorities..Obviously try to hit on any front 7 and O-Line after all that. I'd like safety depth as well. And let's keep up the good FA signings (anybody miss Zach Brown? he looks great, I don't think he can handle the snow) And I want a late 1st round pick on top of anything, forget the marginal drop for next year, always go for win now. If we make the playoffs we can take on this weak AFC.

I was running out of hope until this season. KP is something else. Phil was the worst. Love Melo, but him and KP didn't seem to gel. Now that it's KP's team I'm more excited than I've been since Melo in the playoffs. Definitely a Hornacek fan. My biggest beef is giving Tim Hardaway Jr. max contract, he's playing alright and all. But man, you don't think Lebron or some other top dollar free agent would jump ship to play with KP after this year? Tim's taking that cap away. If Ntilikina improves (wanted/still want Dennis Smith Jr, so bad), and he looks pretty decent tbh.. I'm excited to see him, KP, Kanter playing together for the next few years and maybe a splash FA signing.

By my account Hughes just beat his man to pressure Smith, as Coleman dragged his blockers towards Hughes, not only bringing blockers towards Hughes but creating a huge gap. Between 2 pictures Smith looks likes he has a 20 yard run right through the middle, and then the next picture he just disappears under a pile of Chiefs.

TYROD IS SEVERAL YEARS IN TO AN NFL CAREER. He's shown mediocrity at worse. Peterman has shown the most negative impact possible in the game. This thread isn't remotely about Peterman vs Tyrod in college.
