Benching Josh Allen is throwing in the towel on him. I won't be fine with the team doing that unless they are pretty sure Josh Allen can't be that guy. The good news is he has 2 wins as a rookie QB on a low budget team that had a piss poor offence before he arrived. Just to entertain your hypothetical, this new QB whoever he is probably isn't some game changer to put your hopes on. He would struggle as well.

I like Shady but with this offense he isn't elite. He had some nice runs but so did Ivory. Shady gets stuffed to much for my liking.

The ops opinion wouldn't be unpopular with me. I was a believer in McDermott after one season. I applauded the benching of Tyrod. I never will miss Dareus. So the team is low budget and coach can sure make it look like a polished turd.

I'm still not feeling the impact honestly.

That was a good game. Sadly the offense is still kinda broken.
