  1. TD JAX!
  2. Even if it's so, he has 1 pressure for 91 snaps. Why get myopic about one bad play when he has been very good?
  3. Maybe we should see what happens in the next 3 quarters?
  4. Kind of the way I take your posts.
  5. I wasn't sure what you were meaning. My "humor" on this board is weak at times too!
  6. I guess it was based on whether Alex Anderson if needed at tackle is better than Gouraige.
  7. I was going to bring this exact point up, but it is useless if people don't want to see all the possibilities. Brady did the look-off all the time. I don't need stats like that when I still have 2 functioning eyes.
  8. While "points for" minus "points against" is indeed not a Lombardi Trophy it is a STAT about points. Points win games NOT WR receiving yardage. Sorry, I had to say that! LOL.
  9. I mean an MVP trophy for Josh would be nice, but it seems to me it is not that big of a thing as some believe. It's obvious that Josh thinks the Lombardi is the goal.
  10. True. One thing it might point to is that while Clapp is a C/G he is filling in for a T slot, it means shuffling of the other depth. I'm hopeful that the reason they didn't call T Rich Gouraige is Clapp wouldn't need to clear waivers like he would. Could mean that Grable is hopefully back from IR sooner than later.
  11. Too many are going to live with past and projected stats. I tried to speak some to this, but alas I failed. Personally, I was not sure how the WR room would play this year. I know Beane would have done more if he could, but he had a lot of things to consider. Anyone with an unbiased eye can see the offense has changed and is functioning at a pretty high level. It's up to the guys to keep it going and adapt when confronted with defensive adjustments. I think Brady, Josh and the guys can do good this year and I expect another high round WR pick next draft. The Ravens have a challenge on their hands tomorrow and I can't wait to see how it comes out.
  12. Last year the WRs scored 4 TDs in the first 3 games. This season the WRs scored 4 TDs.
  13. My "context" is the current WR group is performing well in the system. I don't need to rank everything like some "pundit" on ESPN. The coaches, Josh and the entire offense like what is happening, you and others can claim all you want they are wrong. I'm happy seeing what has happened so far.
  14. If your reasoning is correct than the following is true, is it not. Josh is "on pace" for a 17-game total of 3,500 passing yards. That would mean Josh Allen is the 25th best passing QB in the league. That is less than what the Broncos had last season. Only better than the Titan, Cards, Bears, Steelers, Pats, Jets, Giants and Panthers. Am I doing this right?
  15. This the big truth that some can't agree with. I am so pleasantly surprised that BOTH Brady and the O (large part to do with Josh Allen) have dovetailed together so well. What confuses me is that EVERY Buffalo Bill (players and coaches) are telling everyone what their "system" is and is showing everyone the first 3 weeks exactly what that is............and still fans want to argue that it isn't really happening. If Josh Allen can't convince the fans in this thread, NOBODY else is going to least of all me.
  16. Of the 5 roster WRs, 2 are UFAs next year. Both are on the wrong side of 30. I would bet that one of the top 3 picks goes to WR. I can also see a DB and DL in the top 3 (as of now). What I think some fans are forgetting is that the WR position may not have been addressed as much as some would have liked AND I do believe if Beane had a chance he would have added something more. The point is WR was not the only thing needing to be addressed this offseason. What I see so far is a positive thing compared to all the "pundits" claiming this was a retool/rebuild year. The WR room is not looking near as bad as some predicted IMO. When you look at the offense going into next year (and it's still very early to finalize) it's looking pretty good at QB, RB, TE and OL. I see another big addition to WR. Just look at the Spotrac Bills Multi-Year Table. It looks good everywhere but WR, so I have some patience. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/yearly
  17. Before surgeries were available everyone got their broken bones mended by splints/casts. Some serious ones even had to be in traction for months. Dynamic Compression Plates not only mend bones faster they minimize badly set casted bones and later complications that can be years down the road. This technology was developed by the Swiss to minimize the downtime of so many people injured in skiing accidents. I hope you taught that bully a lesson!
  18. Of course! In Vegas they just want you to bet more. The more you bet, the more they eventually win. Both scenarios we just talked about are "illogical", but that is a human trait to think I know better.
  19. Him talking about "banning" a defensive scheme is insane. Football has been a "cat and mouse" game between offense and defense for its entire history. Let it progress naturally. I for one am glad that Ds have found a way to minimize the passing advantage given to the O. These games where each team runs up and down the field without obstruction is boring to me in its own way.
  20. Spent my career making these products. Forearm typically break near the wrist from trauma. This is a typical "plate and screw" fixation. Taron had a "crack" which typically just heals on its own. Having it "immobilized" help prevent strain on the crack while healing.
  21. For sure about the change in route designs being a big factor. The thing about Diggs was in the past 2 years his talent for getting open was underneath which accounted for a very limited YAC. There were the occasional plays where he broke open for a big YAC but also a lot of catch and dive to the ground stuff.
  22. That way of thinking is why Las Vegas put a "previous spins" electronic sign next to all of its roulette tables. It gets people to think, "it just spun 4 blacks in a row, the next one HAS to be red"!
  23. Well, this just proves Allen is over-rated. It's his "elite" YAC receivers that are winning football games! Seriously, this is an amazing stat and just proves how "different" this year offense is so far.
  24. LOL. Sensitive it the last thing I am. The Bills are on a streak of games NOT getting blown out. You seem to be a little too critical of the teams' accomplishments. We will find out Sunday if the D can't stop the run enough to win.
