    I thought Rasul Douglas's interview was so telling about what kind of culture Beane and McDermott have built. You can tell how sad he is not to still be with the team. I feel for him and wish his game wouldn't of fell off so much.

    He had a setback last year. I'm giving him to later in the year to show what he is capable of. The "everyone eats" is real and players are not being showcased as heavy as in other schemes.

    I had to check who the backups are. Tanner Conner and Julian Hill. Not exactly heavy threats in the receiver department.

    Also, RB screens and swing passes. Tua is not a running threat, they should spy on Achane. He leads in targets and receptions. You take away Tua's safety valve and good things happen for the D.

    It seems to me that Josh "sometimes" flushes out of the pocket on purpose and the blocking is set up for him to do it. They would never admit to it, but I believe it is part of the overall offensive scheme. It sets up a lot of big plays AND affords Josh open running lanes too.
