And in the event that Brady does get a HC gig we have a quality OC waiting in the wings that will likely get passed over for any HC jobs in the future.

While what you said may be true, giving Keon a mentor who has been there and done that will only help him. Sure they’re not carbon copies of one another but do keep in mind that some things are universal and will translate to Keon’s game.
