    I hear you, but do you want to end up as the last city in the whole league without a championship? I know I don't. It's nothing against Lions fans. If my team and city hadn't suffered so much and gone through endless playoff heartbreak I would've gladly rooted for them today. Detroit has had plenty of success in other sports

    Anybody who blames Dan Campbell for this game clearly doesn't know football and hasn't watched the Lions all year. And I'm saying this as someone who wanted the Lions to lose. If you want to point fingers, look to Josh Reynolds as HappyDays mentioned (and some bad luck)

    Shakir could be an elite slot/WR3. Projecting him to be more than that would be making the same mistake as we did with Davis. We need a speedy and physically gifted outside receiver, period. Khalil is not that guy

    Yeah, even if the 2nd half of the season is a harbinger of decline, what do you call the 1st half? He was elite then. I don't think you can slip this fast, especially at 30. Most likely this is a combination of the OC change, a nagging injury, and the very beginning of a slow reduction in skill.
